OK, there's Studio, 1 and 2 bdrm Exec Suite, 1 and 2 bdrm Grand Suite, Junior Exec Suite, and Club Exec Suite.
Where can I view the difference in these rooms? Of course floorplans would be awesome.
I do not have the link but you can find floorplans on the swan and dolphin website under "meetings" . It is in a strange place and I never would have found it if it weren't for hockymom. She posted a link to it on the Swan and Dolphin question and answer threads. I hope this helped.
Here is the link! Thank you Judirain for giving the information for the "hidden" site! I have no idea why it is hid under meetings.. then meeting spaces! It does have very good floor plans so you can compare the different rooms when you are deciding on your choice. I have only stayed in a standard/balcony resort view room, but others have stayed in various suites and would be able to help you more.
A jr suite upgrade would be a double or even triple upgrade....
if you can get your spg platinum you can get a jr. suite upgrade. If you pay for a standard room, have a gold spg and get an upgrade, you are likely to get a balcony room or club level. I think to be sure to get what you really want it is best to reserve it. I am platinum and still didn't get a jr suite this trip.....but I did at Christmas. Go figure. I couldn't even get a balcony room on floor 6 or 7. But I was very happy with my CL room.
