Where can I upgrade tickets?

Can I upgrade at DD? At the resort? or only at the gates? Thanks!!

Depending on what you are upgrading to you can do it at the resorts (I don't think resorts do annual passes and such). The ticket booths at all the parks can upgrade everything. The back entrance of Epcot is generally empty and you can get everything done fairly quickly.

Or you can upgrade at guest services at Downtown Disney (next to Ghiradellis). This guest services is probably the least busy of them all - I've never seen people in there except for me when I've gone...

If you are upgrading to an annual pass, you will not be able to do this at the resorts, just so you know...
