Great job, all of you! You ladies and gent...really are inspiring.
I did WW in 2005 and lost 30 lbs. It was not all that I needed to lose, but it made a huge difference. I went off the plan and ended up back where I started, +15 lbs. this winter. It did come back slowly, but surely..it did. I rejoined WW a week and a half ago (after trying to do it on my own, unsuccessfully) and I'm looking forward to weigh in on Wednesday. I lost 2.6 my first week, hoping for another 2 this week. That being said, I don't get stuck in the numbers too much. Any loss is a good loss and is one more step towards my 10%. But I've found that the meetings help me A LOT, and it helps when you have a fantastic leader!
Anyway, keep up the good work and great health! I look forward to more pics...and I can't WAIT to post some of mine when I have some noticeable loss to report!
