Ok, maybe not "after" but at least "better"...

These are pretty current. most were taken at Christmas time 2007 (not even 5 months old)

to answer my own question: I can climb a flight of stairs w/o feeling a thing. I can comfortably fit in an airplane seat. I can shop ANYWHERE I want to. I feel cute again. People don't recognize me! But most of all, my health is better and I don't fear the big 4-0 nearly as much as I used to!

Wow! You look amazing! You must be so proud. You are definitely inspriing and thanks for bumping this thread back up. It was good to go back and see my before and during, and help to remotivate. I was down 40, and went back up 15 and am working on losing that again. I won't go back to my before ever again.
