Where Are The Pictures???

What an incredible inspiration you ladies are!!!!!!!!!! I can't thank you enough for sharing your pictures!

I am down 11 pounds and I already feel different. My heartburn is nearly gone, I'm not snoring as bad and I just feel a little lighter. If that's just with 11 pounds I can't imagine how I'll feel when I'm at goal.

Thanks for visiting and posting!

I always find it amazing how just a small change, eating right, a little exercise, can make in the way I feel on a day to day basis.

Since you mentioned it....

My husband used to have BAD heartburn. So bad that he kept Tums by his bed and used them nearly every night. It was really worrisome. He hasn't taken more than 2-3 in the last 6 months (total). It really is AMAZING!! :yay:

thanks to lap band and LOTS of exercise, here's my before/during pics. im down about 160 pounds with quite a bit more to go, but i'll get there...

Wow! You have made tremendous strides to get healthier, you look mahvelous dahling! Congrats to you, I look forward to seeing more pictures as your progress continues!

Ok, maybe not "after" but at least "better"...

These are pretty current. most were taken at Christmas time 2007 (not even 5 months old)

to answer my own question: I can climb a flight of stairs w/o feeling a thing. I can comfortably fit in an airplane seat. I can shop ANYWHERE I want to. I feel cute again. People don't recognize me! But most of all, my health is better and I don't fear the big 4-0 nearly as much as I used to!

You look amazing! How much weight have you lost to date? You must be so proud of yourself.

Summer 2006

2 weeks ago at my youngest b-day

Before / After lost 70 pounds . You can click on the pictures to enlarge them.

If you didn't tell us that was before and after I would have thought it was two different people. You look fantastic (and have adorable little girls).

You really do look great. One of the most common questions I get is "do you FEEL different?"

So I will ask... Do you? How?

Hmmm, I have to give this some thought..............

I feel different because I feel good, I feel healthy and in control. I love feeling some of my bones (I know weird), I love being able to use a normal towel instead of carrying a bath sheet whenever I travel. I love being able to tuck in shirts and wear belts if I like and I love being more physically fit.

My attitude is different and my outlook is different and I feel great!

Thanks for the posts tiggerlover!

I am down about 65 lbs so far. I have about 25 more I want to lose, but right now it's slow going...
I can't believe what a difference it has made in my life... From my attitude all the way to how people treat me...

It has been AMAZING!

Oh my gosh! Are you really 40? You look so great! You are great inspiration for me. I am due with #2 in Sept, and I'm already thinking about my plan to lose 75 pounds. I am trying to keep my weight gain to a minimum, but at 5 mos along have already gained 15 lbs. I am really watching it these next 3 mos.

Anyway, is there a post where I can read about your approach to losing the weight, what you did, etc?

Thank you for posting this! I'd say you look in your very early 30's.

Thank you, Blond highlights help and the little cuties.:rotfl:

Love all the new pictures posted since I posted. Seeing them and reading the compliments are helping me not go downstairs and get a quick midnight bite of leftovers.

It has been AMAZING!

It is amazing and I totally relate to everything you said. I am down 65 pounds too and although I could probably lose another 15 pounds I am happy and content where I am and I know I can live with the weight I currently am. It is amazing how you feel and people respond to you when you lose weight. For the most part I feel good and I feel I look good, but there are still times where I still feel like that fat girl....that is a hard thing to get over.

Good luck on your continued journey!

Last November, I started reducing my food intake when I was 163 pounds and lost 13 pounds before heading to WW to pull the rest of my weight off. I knew I wasn't eating correctly - was just not eating enough.

I joined Weight Watchers on 1/16/08 and since then I've gotten to goal and lifetime. My current weight is 127. Nine weeks ago, I started running and had never run before in my life. I'm hooked -- I love running!

Here's my before and after pic. Thanks to Weight Watchers, I have a new lifestyle. I've never felt deprived and have been maintaining my weight since 3/26/08 (with a few more pounds lost along the way).

You look wonderful! Congratulations on your success!

Congratulations to all of you and thanks for posting these pictures. It is amazing how much younger you look in your after pictures. It's great to see the progress.

Here's a before pic. Funny, before digital cameras, it would have made it in the trash, but now I could find the disk and have every pic ever taken. It is good to see where I will never go back again. This was 2005.

This is last saturday, a during pic. I'm down about 40, and want to lose another 20, maybe 30, but it's slow going. I will not give up this time though.

Way to lose the healthy way.

I am doing WW also and love it... I feel like it is such a good way to lose... They MAKE you focus on HEALTHY living rather than JUST on the weight. I am so glad I found it.

You really do look wonderful and tiggerlover is right -- you look younger!

Way to go!:cheer2: :yay:  :dance3:

You don't even look like the same person in these photos. If you hadn't have posted them together, I would have thought they were different people.

What keeps you motivated?

Here are my "before" pictures...still working on the "after"....:goodvibes

This is a picture at WDW with my Sisters in Law last summer.....

Thanks. My son keeps me motivated, and sadly, my mom has multiple health issues, obesity and lifestyle related, and I saw myself headed down the same path and wanted to change it. I joined ww almost 3 years ago, right after a big health scare with my mom, and I said at that time that I would not give up, no matter how long it takes. I want to be be able to keep up with my son, and as I get older, I want to be active and I don't want to be a burden on him. The past year, I've been going up and down with the same 5 pounds, but in years past, I had just yo-yo'd right back up over 200. This time it is definitely different, and I am more in control than I ever was, and I will keep plugging away.
