What was your first concert...and your most recent?

My first concert was Nelson and I am pretty sure it was Cinderella that opened for them.


The last was Gwen Stefani and The Black Eyed Peas in Chicago. That concert rocked

My first concert was the J.Geils Band at the old Boston Garden in I have no idea what year exactly but according to google it was probably 1981 since that's when "Freeze Frame" came out. The last concert I saw was U2 this past October at the new BankNorth Garden in Boston. There have been a LOT of concerts in the 25-year interim -- I had no idea I was THIS old!

The last concert I went to was Bon Jovi right before christmas. I'm seeing them again this summer

Most recent was Indigo Girls last summer.
My next will be Indigo Girls in three weeks!

My first concert was Judas Priest at the now Tweeter Center in Mansfield, MA and my most recent was Nine Inch Nails at the now TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, MA.

Some other favorites....
INXS, Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Dead Milkmen all at the University of Rhode Island.

A different Nine Inch Nails concert with Stabbing Westward

Iron Maiden on a Friday night at the Worcester Centrum and then again the next night at the Providence Civic Center.

Lastly....and it doesn't fit the norm, but John Denver with my parents and sister MANY MANY years ago at the Providence Civic Center (I think). He was GREAT.

I was and still am a big heavy metal fan and loved all of the concerts I went to.

My first concert was Def Leppard Hysteria tour.

My last concert was Pearl Jam. In fact, my last 8 concerts have been Pearl Jam. DH and I are fan club members and go at least twice in a tour. So far this year, they haven't been anywhere close to us! We'll drive up to 8 hours and are just waiting for something nearby.

My most recent was a few years ago, The Monkees.

Those two bands don't look right when mentioned together.

My most recent concert was Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. DH & I took the DS' to see CELINE DION.

THAT CONCERT WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS

My first concert was Hanson when I was 13 so 1998 and then my most recent concert was also Hanson in 2004.
This summer I'm going to Kenny Chesney with Gretchen Wilson, Dierks Bentley, Carrie Underwood, and Big & Rich and two weeks later I'm seeing Bon Jovi with Nickelback.

I saw Green Day play in a small hole-in-the-wall at Auburn Univ in 1992.

My first was Alabama. My most recent was, goodness let me go look. Okay, it was Jagfu - a local band. There was a band I saw several times last year that I thought would really make it big but then they all decided to walk away from it.

First concert: Boston with Sammy Hagar opening. University of Toledo's "Centennial Hall" (now Savage Hall) 12/8/78.
most recent: Pat Benatar in summer 2004 at the Toledo Zoo. Concerts cost way too much for us now--unless it was somebody really, REALLY special like the Monkees or Jimmy Buffett--who I can't ever seem to get tickets for.

Here's some irony for you. The first concert I saw was the Monkees in 1967. The most recent concert I saw was Davy Jones at Epcot last month. I saw Stone Temple Pilots open for Megadeth, and I saw Biily Joel open for Harry Chapin. Billy had one hit at the time(Piano Man), but he still wasn't quite headliner material.
