What song, when you hear it, automatically takes you to a scene in a movie every time you hear it......you associate that song with that scene from the movie?

Mine is U2 (and I'm not even a U2 fan) "Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" - as soon as I hear that song I see the images from Blown Away when he is making the explosives and singing.

All right, someone else share.

Shake Senora - Harry Belafonte - Winona Rider floating in the air at the end of Beetlejuice

In Your Eyes, by Peter Gabriel--John Cusack holding the boombox over his head in Say Anything.... I love that movie!

Definitely this one! :thumbsup2

Also, for some unknown reason because I didn't really like the movie, but "With or Without You" by U2 reminds me of the movie "Cousins" with Ted Danson and Isabella Rossellini.

Take my breath away from Top Gun and DOn't wanna miss a thing from Armageddon

No movie scene but every time I here the original Dobie Gray's Drift Away I flash to a memory of driving my 1967 Chevy, stopped at a specific stop light in Fort Wayne, IN in 1973. It's not that general place/time feeling you get with songs but a very specific time I heard the song in a specific place.

There's this song "Master of Disaster" that my DH has on his iPod playlist. I don't even know who made it. It was playing when I left the theatre after seeing Serenity. I now cannot listen to that song. What does it make me think of? "Did you see me? I was a leaf on the-"

Every single time.

One of my favorite movies, but I don't remember the song. I'll have to watch it again soon.

What A Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong always reminds of Good Morning Vietnam.

"Where are You Going?" by Dave Matthews Band always reminds me of the Adam Sandler movie "Mr. Deeds".

"Pass The Dutchie" reminds me of "The Wedding Singer".

'Hello, I Love You" by the Doors in a movie I think called "Neighbors" way back in 1981 ... Dan Ackroyd was cooking spaghetti and does a fantastic dip thing during part of the song.

"The Promise" = tetherball & Napoleon Dynamite

Sweet Home Alabama... I go right to the scene from Con Air... all it takes is the first second of the guitar!

Lady Marlmade- the opening can can from Moulin Rouge (plus Lorne singing this on Angel)
