If you look back at this thread, you'll notice that about 80% of the girl's names have the letter L in them. I'm always said that girl's names should contain the letter L. (Both of mine do; one in both the first and middle names.)

My DD is Lindsay Marie...I love her name. She's named after Lynda (my mom) and Maria (my MIL).

I once knew a girl named Tierney...I always liked that name- very unique.

I teach 1st grade, so I've seen lots of names over the years- this year, I have a Julia, Michaela (would have been my son's name), Emelie, Lainey, Chloe, Alayia, Caroline, Shelby, Haleigh, Claire, and Madison.

I haven't taught a Jennifer in years...remember when it seemed like every other girl was named Jennifer?
