Okay, I joined WW 12 weeks ago. Went really well. I lost 10 lbs my first 5 weeks
.Then...nothing. I have been faithfully following the plan. But it seems like when my allowance dropped from 26pts to 24pts a day I stopped losing. I did not lose 1 oz. the last seven weeks!
I didn't gain either, but you would think I would have lost something! I know I really need to get into a regular exercise routine. We typically walk or ride bikes 1-2 times a week. I have a very active job and two kids under 5. I still have 27 lbs to lose and feel like I will never get there! I was feeling really good about myself, now I feel like such a loser(and not the good kind)!

Support from total strangers means more to me than from people I know. Because I know it is genuine. Since my original post (4 days ago) I have dropped 2lbs!
I increased my water and ate a few more fiber full snacks than I had been. Before it was fruit for snacks but I switched to Koshi honey oat cereal. It has 9g of fiber! I feel really motivated again. I am thinking about joing an all women's fitness center that just opened this week a half mile from work. Everything is working out! Praise the Lord! He is my number one supporter!
