Western Caribbean port adventure

My family and I were planning on doing the zip line and cool running coaster in Jamaica and the 7 mile beach reef and ship wreck snorkeling tour in grand cayman. My question has anyone done these and who is the company that does the snorkeling excursion I was going to look to book directly with them if it's a good one. Thanks for any help and feedback you can provide.
