Oh, and btw, I got a letter from Disneyland with an offer of two free nights in a premium view room at the Paradise Pier, Disneyland Hotel (yeah right), or the Grand Californian to use within the next year.

While I appreciate the offer, it's probably going to go to waste. I just can't see me being able to afford to take that trip in the next year when I'm looking at having to move in the next year.

Gotta love Disney, though. Give them two nights free in a hotel so they spend lots of money they wouldn't have otherwise.

You know, I could answer this one of two ways.

The first way, I could yell at Elaine for giving Alan a hard time when he was being sweet.

Eh, Karen, if it weren't Alan and it weren't me picking on Alan, I'd say I'd deserve being yelled at! Yay for Disney trying to make up for it... but geez, I could've thought of a better way. Pity you couldn't use it and stay at teh GC again... if Delta hangs on though, they are doing non-stops to LAX and for cheap too! I'd love to go again myself. WIth a move though, don't blame ya. Pity they couldn't give you WDW stuff instead

I'm off to shower and then go over to my Dad's. Pete will be in after 9PM tonight but I figure I can at least say hi and spend some time with my dad too tongiht.

Woohoo, I finally made it to Disneyland! I want to check out the Matterhorn and see how Pirates is different.

Alan, isn't is amazing to see how the younger dog and older dog are different? Actually, Pilot will probably help your older dog feel younger.

Karen, bummer that you can't go back out there and avail yourself of the offer.

Rosemary, woohoo on being home! Oh yeah, I'll be over at WDW next Monday (28th) and possibly another evening (the 3rd). We lost a manager, so whatever schedule I'd had is gone. That said, I may have to work a few 12 hour days, which means I get a half day later in the week.

Ed had commented on our new home, and then Kevin comments "yeah Mom, you're a yaya".

Watching PoTC with Kevin and Ed.

Can you all spare some good thoughts for Liz? She's flying to Florida to be with her dad. He's been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer and is hospitalized. It doesn't look good. Whatever prayers you can spare for comfort for her dad and strength for Liz would be appreciated.
