Morning!

Wet one here, too, Pam. Blech! Good luck with the deadline.

Going to see Stomp The Yard this morning with the boys and a friend and his new (girl)friend are meeting us there. Might pick up some lunch afterwards, then I need to go to BJ's real quick.

Suzanne, yay for Neil. :woohoo:

Tara, did ya get your cross-stitching done? Any cleaning? I haven't done much of anything all weekend either.

Kimmar, sorry to hear about the set back with your MIL. And thank goodness she isn't going back to the same rehab place.

...mo'nin'......that movie looks like a good one.....:thumbsup2

Anyone gonna watch the Golden Globes tonite???

Morning everyone! Been lousy weather so we watched a bunch of movies. We even went to see Casino Royale. Not my favorite Bon movie, but not the worst.

Today I have a few errands to run and some cleaning of course.

Those of you with nice weather, send it our way. I'm sick of this crappy weather ;)

Not much else is going on. My car does seem to be fixed. It at least made it through the whole weekend of driving with out the warning light coming on again. I will be taking it for an oil change later.

I'm sick of all the rain already too!

Kimmar, we probably will watch the Golden Globes tonight. :teeth:

Hi all - it's a cold rainy day here - if it gets much colder it will be icy for sure.

Busy weekend - spent the day shopping with Alyssa on Saturday - intended to only go to the grocery store but ended up going to Target, Wendy's for lunch , Job Lot, Party Store and grocery store. She decided to have a Mexican fest (with decorations - hence the Party store trip) last night - she had 7 friends over and it ended up being a Mexican/football(yay Pats!!!)/games/movie fest - 4 ended up staying over - I think they all had a good time.

Kimmar - continued prayers coming your way - no Golden Globes here - working tonite.
Pam - good luck with the deadline..
Sherry - extended birthday celebrations sounds good to me!!
Suzanne - glad to hear that Sea World was a successful jaunt - take care of that leg.
Elaine - you ahve been a very busy girl lately!
Tara - glad to hear I'm not the only one with too much furniture in the house..

And lastly....

good morning gang,

First let me tell you that I would be more than happy to send you my 75 degrees and sunny day IF and only IF you send me snow!!! i don't want cold, I don' want ice, i don't want rain....only snow...a foot would be enough and I could be happy. :lmao:

Although tomorrow's high is in the 50's and by afternoon supposed to be raining and in the 40's and then wednesday high 39  and rain!!

Paula I'm thinking F&W for you every time I post!! Sounds like Alyssa had a good time last night. I dated a guy from Maine, so he was a Pat's fan...he turned out to be a pathological liar and a few other things...not a big pats fan here!! (but don't take it personally...the guy that turned out to be a pedophile rapist had a thing for the Little Mermaid and I don't like her either!!!)

Elaine...I thought you liked it warm!! heheheh My gma always had her house way too warm. My mom had a fan at her house that sat in the corner and when we went over the fan came out and mom used it while we were there. Everyone got along much better.

Kimmar....sorry for the "slight heart attack" is that like being a "little pregnant"? Hope she is improving.

Pam...good luck on the deadline!! Hang in there...only three more weeks until you have to do it again!! hehehe

Suzanne...sorry your leg is acting up. All the walking is why we are looking to rent a scooter when we are Baltimore...from what I ahve gathered our hotel is right on the inner harbor so we can walk everywhere and not have to pay much for parking each day. So I want to rent a scooter...but I haven't found a place that is relatively inexpensive. :( Gotta keep working on that!

 to everyone else!!
I'm off to try and accompolish something...not holding my breath but it could happen!! hehehe

Back later!!

Page 3???
Sorry for all of the yucky weather today. Wish I could help but it is chilly and windy here. Suppose to get up to 52.the wind is suppose to be at about twenty to thirty mph this afternoon.Guess it will be a good day to snuggle in and read a good book.

Don't know about the Globes tonight. I just like seeing the gowns. Might have to watch with George Clooney and Johnny Depp being there.:yay:

Kimmar Prayers and pixie dust for your MIL.

Jessica saw Stomp the yard yesterday and loved it.

Hi, all.

Going to go see Arthur and the Invisibles in an hour. Kinda glad Neil bailed on going to the zoo-the leg is a bear today. Waiting for the vicodin to do it's work.

Tara, after going to Inner Harbor many times, I think the chair idea is a good one. My IL's now have their scooters, they've offered for me to hang onto the manual chair. I think I'll finally take them up on it, especially now that this RSD seems to be kicking my butt. Unfortunately, I have no clue on places to rent from in Balto-but I could tell you some great places to visit.

Paula, sounds like fun times at your house!

Tina, I'm not much for the globes, but the red carpet might rate a viewing here.

Funny thing-Ed put on Megan Mullally today, since one of his good friends from way back and his wife are involved with the show (we just found out recently). She had a 'name the butt' segment with famouse backsides. The only one I knew was Johnny Depp's :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Then, he put on the view. My man watches more daytime TV than I ever did.

Send me some rain and I'll send you some warmth. Let me work it out with mother nature, okay?

Errands ran, car oil changed and food made for supper. Now just chilling until it is time to go to my knitting group.

That's it Paula! When are we all going to WDW? I really want to go again for the F&WF now :teeth:

Sherry, we are having small flooding in my yard now due to all the rain. I swear it is time for this to end. We almost never get standing water in our yard :(
How was the movie though?

Tara, I have no idea where the snow is, but I can't send it to you. I almost would rather have snow than all this blasted rain! Oh and I like it warm... just not in my house :p

Tina, I hope the weather improves for you as well. I heard that N. Texas was getting snow, so I imagine you might be apart of that front blowing through.

Suzanne, I swear your DH watches more of that daytime stuff than I do... and I am a SAHW :teeth: I didn't even remember that Meghan had her own show. I bet hers is a riot.

Don't think I'll watch the Golden Globes tonight. I like watching the red carpet part, but since I have knitting, I don't think I'll be around for the good stuff.

Getting ready to go bowling...but wanted to pop in for a bit.

Elaine...don't get started on megan...I heard she got canned. Sorry the snow isn't at your house either. They did say we might have flurries tomorrow or the next day...but it could cme down in 10 gallon buckets and it wouldn't stick since the ground is so warm....I noticed this while raking leaves this afternoon!

Suzanne...sorry the leg is so cruddy. hope the vicodin is doing it's job! I think we have enough to see this trip to Baltimore...but I might ask you when we go back!

Not watching the golden globes tonight...all those fake speeches and b**bs do nothing for me!! :lmao:

Have a good one gang, I'll see you tomorrow!!

tara

back from bowling...not a great night...spent most of the night in the gutters :lmao:

Back tomorrow sometime!!

tara

Well this is odd, earlier today we had no snow in the forecast... staying in the 40s. Now we are dipping down to the teens and expecting snow.... guessing we might see ice too, but oh well. We'll see how it is in the AM... I'm sure with the lack of weather we've had, our trucks will have it cleared before it hits :p

Morning!

Elaine, Stomp the Yard was really, really good. We all loved it!! :thumbsup2:

Tara, we got a dusting of snow here, and have some flurries now. I could send ya the little bit we have. :teeth:

Paula, sounds like a fun time at your house.

Suzanne, sorry about the leg. How was the movie?

Tina, good to see you pop in!!

No nephew today. Might just take a nap on the sofa when the boys all leave for school. :teeth:

Morning all.

HSM was not that exciting for my girls. The opening act was Juliett Pruitt (I think that was her name). Then you had to wait again, 20 minute intermission. That was irritating for the girls. If you ask them they will say it was good, but I was asked by Mandy is it almost over...this was atleast asked 5 times.

I have heard of switching the meals around, but that wouldn't help me since I just like to eat. Doesn't matter that I ate a lot earlier in the day:rolleyes1

Sherry...HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!

Have a nice week everyone!

Amanda, thanks for the b-day wish. :) Sorry HSM wasn't all you thought it would be.

As for my post saying we didn't get much snow....ha....the roads were covered by the time I had to take J&J to school and they were HORRIBLE! It took FOREVER and the van was sliding all over. :scared1:
