Morning everyone. I get the joys of configuring a laptop or two for my aunt to look at. I also have laundry to deal with and church stuff. I'm in a lazy mood today so that's not helping :p

Paula  I do hope today is a better one for you!

Sherry, Luis made it back safely. He said the roads weren't too bad up there at all. Just a lot of dumb drivers. He made it home just about 8PM where I had supper waiting for him.

Amanda, I hope you are feeling better soon. I have had a ton of sinus troubles lately. Really rather annoying.

I swear you guys are making me say "let's pick dates for the F&WF" I vote earlier than later :p

Rose Mary, good luck with the car buying decision. That is something I actually love doing!

Howdy to Tara & Tina! Hmmm... TnT... that could be dangerous.

Okay ignore me... I'm off to get some work done!

Congrats, Lily! Love the siggy pic, you look fantastic!
Suzanne, Thanks. I love your siggie pic. I always look forward to them. Wow! that is some boquet!

Elaine, glad Luis made it back to the nest all safe and sound. It was something by us with the snow. Odd too since I work 10 minute drive from where I live and there was at least a 4 inch difference in accumulation. We got at least 8 inches at home.

TC, I'd probably vote for a road trip to deliver. That'd make my guys really remember to take back all their stuff if Mama makes special deliveries to make sure all school supplies were properly in their possession. :rotfl:

Paula, hope today is better. I loved Wicked, I hope you enjoy that.

Alan great ketchup as usual, borrowed that it was. ;)

Tara, what are they doing to you? No time?

I've decided although I enjoyed the F&W festival, I'm not exactly a big fan of it. We were there this past October and it was massively crowded.

Boss if off today so I get to do it all. Translates into I won't be able to get much of the things done I need to b/c I'll be having too many interruptions.

Hi to all I've not metnioned...

:wave2: :car:

Mornin' all!

Gotta jump in the shower - mall with Alyssa.....

Ketchup later....

:grouphug: :grouphug:

Eating my salad for lunch...but gotta run and get some stuff done before I get out of here early today. Jar has a doc appt at 330 (neurodevelopmental pediatrician...meds check) So back later!

Howdy folks!

We actually had sleet as I was leaving work yesterday. The temps stayed just above freezing; otherwise we would have had total shutdown ;)

A friend who moved away to Alaska (husband's work) was down visiting and several of the families that used to hang out at church met together at Chick-Fil-A last night.

Mrs. Jones - 3 very active boys
Mr. and Mrs. Jones (different family) 5 kids, the oldest of which is in 3rd grade
Mrs. Norwood - 2 kids present
Us - 2 girls
Mrs. Summers - 2 boys

It was rather full

Just a quick hi. Gotta get some dinner on the table.

Alan, sounds like a big bunch, but I bet it was fun. We just had a Chick-Fil-A open by us. Gotta get there soon. ::yes::

Lily, hope your day was an easy one.

 no time...gotta get the kiddies in bed in the next couple of minutes so I can go. I hope to be able to chat tomorrow!!

Howdy, found us down at the bottom of page three!

Proud sister moment! My younger sister just called me after her graduation ceremony. She's officially a graduate LPN-the first college grad in the family, and at the top of her class, too. She's also got 30 credits in towards her RN-and did it in 11 months (the program was supposed to be 15 months!). Very proud of her, and she's gonna get on my case about the six credits I need for the AA, and starting UF, lol!

Alan, I get that was Chic FULL a! That's a lot of people!!

Amanda, check the local community college to see if they've got a Kids in the classroom programs. Ours does cooking at 7, along with a lot of other stuff, but we found out about this and enrolled at YCA first. Take care of yourself with that changeable weather.

Lily, they should give you pay for two since you did two jobs today. :rotfl: Embarassment factor makes your guys remember their stuff, eh?

Sherry, sweet tea and a chicken biscuit is the best fast food breakfast out there. :thumbsup2

Tara, the little monsters kept you hopping today-no usual visit from you!

Lainey, I know what you mean about the feeling lazy. Hope you got it all done.

Paula, FOOD and WINE! How was shopping?

Kimmar, they kept you busy, too!

Gotta get these kids tucked in.

Suzanne

Shopping was fun - I bought Alyssa 4 shirts and jeans at "Forever 21" and PJ's at Macys.

I didn't buy anything for myself - sale stuff all picked over and not in a spring mood.

Might ended stressfully - hope tomorrow is a better day.

Morning!!

Congrats to your sister, Suzanne. :yay:

Paula, sounds like a fun shopping trip. Sorry the night ended stressfully. Hope today is better.

Good morning everyone! Lazing in bed with the laptop. Kind of cozy so not sure how long I'll stay like this :p

I got very busy yesterday and didn't much feel like posting last night after Luis got home. No choir tonight so I might find more time to play :) Only small errands need to be run today so it should be more lax around here for me.

Lily, we've had weird accumulations in the past. One year we got about 2' of snow and 2-3" of ice. By where I worked (more north) got about 4-6" of snow and almost no ice. Some people teased me why I couldn't come in, and I told them we were iced over completely and snowed completely. Granted I could make it in the next working day (right before Christmas). Showed some pictures and we couldn't believe how much difference 8 miles made in the snowfall!

Tara, how did the appt go? And a salad? I love salads, but they don't always love me. It sucks for me when I try to eat healthy ;)

Alan, did y'all actually leave room for anyone else to eat there?

Suzanne, congratulations to your sister!!! That is awesome! I hope she enjoys her new career! I will also add to your comment about cooking for Amanda. Even OSU has some classes that are done for kids. Mostly ours are in the summer though. I remember doing some as a kid mostly for arts. Not sure if ours would do cooking or not... I ought to find out :scratchin

Paula, glad you found some stuff for Alyssa. I hope today is a much better day for you. Food and wine ;)

Sherry whatcha make for us for supper last night? :p

Morning all!

What Lainey said :thumbsup2

Later................

Morning Ya Yas!

Super busy day. I had to catch a break though.

AA, sounds like a fun evening.

Suzanne, congrats to Lil'Sis. Your turn!

Elanine, glad you were able to enjoy a rest up this a.m.

Paula, sorry about the ending to your evening. Hope today is better.

Kimmar, howdy!

RM, morning.

Tara, sounds like you're way busy.

Sherry, hi there.

All Ya Yas--wassup?

Still no time to post! It's not the kids keeping me busy...its the new title that I have...I have 4 ieps to read and check before I leave this afternoon.

Then counseling and the grocery store. OH and Jack is visiting today

I'll be back soon I miss ya'll!!
