Bed height

The beds in accessible rooms are low and I have problems standing up.
The beds in regular rooms are high and I have problems getting on them.
Does anyone else have this problem? How do you manage?

I push the ottoman up to the bed and crawl up on that and onto the bed. It makes it difficult during the night!
