Hi. Inspiring person-- Dr. Wayne Dyer
He has some good stuff that makes sense to me on weight loss--can't remember which audio right now but I should dig it up. Healthyish snacks-- I've been doing the grape, cheese and crackers thing, lots of grapes, 4-5 triscuits w/cheese left over still from christmas lol. Glass of wine. Sometimes when I get home from working late (9pm) I just have a glass of wine with wome ibuprofen lol. I enjoy it and don't feel the need to eat. Can work both ways though-- be careful, can make you think you can eat more...I don't really snack-- I live for meals. I usually don't eat lunch but have a great breakfast and dinner. If I'm working and take a lunch then I eat.
