What airlines are people using??

We use Delta, American, or United. Southwest has never worked for us as we like to be seated together and the only way we could ever guarantee this was buying their Business class that remains overpriced.

Has anyone ever flown Breeze airlines. They are new to our area and have direct flights that are cheap but I realize you have to add in all baggage fees as well.

I have never flown on Breeze, but relatives who live in another state have and didn't mention any issues. Some of the airports they fly out of are smaller and makes travel very convenient if you live near that airport. With any airline, you need to compare the total price of all of the add-ins to make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Some airlines have lower 'base' fares but once you add in all of the various upcharges, not such a bargain. Make sure to check the actual flight information since a 'direct' flight it NOT the same thing as non-stop, but many seem to use those terms interchangeably. Avoids a surprise when traveling.

I have also seen some airlines show they have service from A to B but there is some VERY long layover (8+ hrs) in city C. In the past they would show they don't have service from A to B. Make sure you understand the total duration of any flight you plan to purchase.

I haven't flown Breeze but Spirit reminds me of them and I've had surprisingly good luck with them. We spent $19.00 one way on Spirit to Vegas. We joked about it for days and swore we'd never get there! We shared the plane with a huge wedding group and had a blast.Everyone was in great "spirits" and the plane was in beautiful shape. (Looked brand new) I've heard a lot of negative comments about them but we had no problems. I'd probably Beezr a try but then again. I love a travel bargain.

Not sure where in MO you are but when we lived in Waynesville, we used to fly Allegiant from Springfield to Sandford for $125-$150 RT.
