welcome party/dinner

hi,

can anyone give me any ideas as to locations for a welcome party/dinner for roughly 50 people please?

is it possible to have a buffet party type thingy on one of the beaches?

We had our welcome party on Shipwreck Beach at the YC/BC. We had about 50 people and we just had a dessert buffet. We were able to have a steel drum band too which was a lot of fun!!!!

I know people have had parties on Shpwreck beach which is located at the yacht and Beach clubs. That sounds like a very fun idea.

We have about 40 guests and we have a private room/area at Raglan Road. We had lunch there a few weeks ago to sample the menu and it was so good.

Alot of people use 'Ohana due to the set price.

I'm having a buffet for approx. 75 people at SBP with live music as well.

You can also do a BBQ at Clementine Beach at Ft. Wilderness or a meal at the Summerhouse or Marina at the Grand Floridian. Your planner will have plenty of ideas for you!
