Weight loss for Wishers and becoming Leaner Meaners!

Good morning Lean Meaners! Such a positive vibe going on here! :goodvibes Maria, we missed you, and I am so glad to have you back! (((in more ways than one!)))) You have your mojo back, and I feel the good vibes from you. You know what? 200 is just a number......and one you can overcome easily!!! I remember that number.....it was my nemasis for a long time. Once I came below that number, there was no looking back. The one promise I made myself was never to see that number again. That one I have kept.....barely, but I kept it! You will too. And there is nothing for you to feel bad about. Life throws us alot to deal with, and the last thing you need to worry about is where you are now. Don't worry, you will get past it and will so much better. Today is the beginning of a new mindset. One day at a time, is what I say!

I truely am inspired by the motivation we give each other. It's such a difficult fight, day in and day out. The only ones who understand, is the one fighting the battle. It's a battle like no other. It can feel defeating at times. But, if you make a slow progress day to day (that is not just physicial, but also mental) you are winning the battle. The scale does not need to go down for there to be success. The success is the mental game. Read Maria's post above.......that is success! The number is no different on the scale, but the outlook and determination is leaping off the page. That's what it's about!

This little BL challenge is to impower you. It's to give you the tools to get all those good habits in place. It's to give you the control. Food doesn't have the control over us, we do. I am not saying we are always perfect.......my eating on Saturday is an example. I was physically hungery, but also in need of feeding my 'needs'. I didn't do well yesterday. Plain and simple, I ate to much. Do I feel bad?.....maybe a little, but I am also back in the game today. I am not looking back. I have lost alot of weight, I know how to do it. But, we have those days.......those days we need to be 'off' plan. Take the day (or meal, or moment) have what you need, and than right back at it. It's the one thing I am learning in my old age. I haven't 'ruined' anything. I ate to much...... big deal. I can now choose better today. You all can too. Yesterday doesn't matter anymore.....it's all about TODAY!

Get rid of the negative thinking......We are all good enough to be healthy! We all deserve to lose weight, and it doesn't matter at what speed it comes off, as long as it comes off. We all have the time, it's what we do with the time that matters!

This healthy lifestyle takes so much time and effort. We have to plan everything......the time to exercise, meals, having healthy food in the house to fix, etc. Take short cuts when you can! Those precut veggies are more expensive, but when time is running short.....I will chose them. I don't have the money to 'throw' away, but if it's a matter of saving a few cents and getting my workout in.......I'll chose the precut veggies! I'll use a few coupons to make up for it!

There are days I don't know where I will get the time to get everything done. I always have a million things to do...... you all know what I mean. You are all there with me. That's why I 'create' time. I get up at 5:30 am to get my 5 mile run in before work. I do miss the sleep sometimes, but it is more important to get my exercise in. We all have time that we can 'create' time. My kids baseball practice was another. I am there waiting for them anyway......I just dress to run! They are practicing for an hour and half....there is my exercise time. There are so many other mothers there complaining that they don't have the time to exercise (believe me, they complain!) They are heavy, and out of shape. They say they are too tired to get out and walk during practice.....they have worked all day! Just an excuse.....I have worked all day too, but I have to get it done anyway. It gives back in so many ways, especially the energy I get from my run.

I know this is long and rambling, but I just wanted to share some things I have been thinking! Hope it helps!

Beth

Great advice, Beth!

Maria: Come along with Wendy and me on our journey to One-derland! Wendy coined the phrase last year and I love it......I even have my husband trying to get there now. She got there last year and will reach it again, I am sure. And you are already practically knocking on the door with your low 2. As for myself, I haven't been there in about 3 years but I REALLY want to return.

The healthy choice thing is really starting to turn into a lifestyle for me. This weekend, after playing golf, my husband suggested going out for nachos and margaritas. Normally, I would jump at the chance but I thought about how much work I've been putting into all this and didn't want to blow it. So we went home and had a healthy lunch instead. Saved a little money too, which is good because we have a wedding to pay for! :scared1:

Hey Lean Meaners!

Put me down for being down 1.5 pounds! So, my pound gain is gone plus another .5, putting me at 180! Not as much as I hoped, but I did finally fit comfortably back into another pair of my smaller shorts! I did a crappy job at keeping track of points last week, although I did probably have my best week so far in the department.

I really got back on track with regular runs last week. Did I mention on here that during my July 4th 5k, I started having IT band issues? Luckily, after a few days off complete rest, I was pretty much pain free for all my runs last week. I did alot of IT specific stretches after each run.

Delena and I are jetting off to Vermont for 2 weeks today! I do still expect to check in here though. I have an 8 miler race next sunday! More free beer! I expect this to be a very active vacay with hiking and all that, so I am hopeful for weight maintenance.

I must go finish packing!!

Amy

Hey Meanies! How's it going?

Amy: Good job with the loss! You have been doing well during this challenge....quiet but effective! Good luck maintaining during your vacation, and have a good time!

Sarah: I am glad you are motivated through this challenge! :thumbsup2 I'll probably take a couple weeks off after the six weeks are over, and then go with input from everyone if we want to start a new challenge.

AFM: My weekend was filled with alot of errands and jobs around the house. I am actually glad to be at work today! To much to do at home! :scared1:

My eating really straighten out yesterday. I am happily back on the wagon, after the wagon 'accident' on Saturday. I have to be extra good, since I had gained a pound for the spa challenge last week. I don't want two gains in a row!:scared1:

I logged 37 miles last week, with a 6 miler yesterday. Not too shabby!

Beth

Okay, so the jumping rope-bouncing + coordination is harder than I remember. :upsidedow I'm slower than I care to admit, too, and love the breaks. (Often unintentional, though they may be, what with not clearing the rope.)

Beth: I'm so glad you had a Blizzard. You're so right that sometimes it's better to respond and not feel deprived. Otherwise, if you're like me, you'll find yourself eating lots of other things to make up for what you're not allowing yourself to have. (I find it works that way with things I want to buy, too. :rotfl2:) Indulge, move on. :thumbsup2

You've shaved LOTS of time of your 5 milers (and overall pace) in the past year. And that's at a comfortable pace. Congratulations. Combined with your weekly mileage and I think you should be very, very proud.

And the most recent post? You're such a great coach and motivator! We're lucky to have you here. If you ever want a second career, I think you've found it. (Seriously. I mean it.)

Vicky: In a lot of ways I'm so glad my scale will only register in .5 pounds. Being able to keep track of tenths would drive me crazy. You're obviously a much saner person than I am. (And will probably have more success at becoming a morning person than I ever have.) I hope you're having a crazy-good time with all that's going on, btw.

Jeanne: Ah, another reason I'm glad my girls will never be full grown. Your nice, easy 8 miler sounds just about perfect--and what a confidence builder. I did a 5 mile walk this weekend for my LR because my lungs are still congested, and I couldn't maintain that pace. Stupendous. And your insights about training smarter fits right with a mantra I'm trying to hold to: Train smarter, not harder.

Sarah: I'm sure you'll get back on track with the weight loss this week. Holidays are very hard, especially since so many of them have positive food associations for us. I tend to really give in. And on top of busy, busy schedules it can be hard to manage everything. Your double workouts are sure to pay off, though, and a testament to your commitment to the BL challenge and to YOU. And I agree with you that the BL challenge is very helpful. It's already pulled me back from the ledge. :goodvibes I'm very relieved to hear that Bailey is on meds now, btw. I'm sure he'll feel better soon.

Julie: I have to weigh myself daily or I just don't pay attention to things. Every morning. I'm trying to make it a habit, along with the vitamins, to get my day off to a Lean Meaner start. I get used to the daily fluctuations in weight, so that doesn't bother me. And weighing in daily is my way of telling myself that I'm going to reach my goals. (I haven't been doing it since I've been in a funk/ill, and look what happened. Weight gain.) I only write down my weight once a week, though.

Maria: I'm so glad to hear you're feeling back in the Lean Meaner zone, and just awaiting a reliable TM (or TM repair person). I think the adjustment back to the real world from vacations and holidays can be really rough on us emotionally. I'm a person to resists schedules and routines, but really needs them. I can hear you're back, and back with a vengeance!

Jeanne: Yay for turning your back on the nachos and margaritas. Good for your NYC training, good for your Onederland goals, and the extra $$$$ savings don't hurt. :woohoo: Is the wedding scheduled, btw? Inquiring minds want to know.

Amy: Sorry to hear about your ITB issues, and am glad they subsided. WTG with taking a rest (very smart). Also very smart is the active vacation--have fun in Vermont with Miss D. And, of course, congrats on the smaller shorts. Show off those long legs of yours, I say.

All other Lean Meaners: Hi!

As for me: I'm still sick and, to my disappointment, now DOOD has it. I'd really hoped he's stay healthy. I ended up walking my LR instead of running it--just couldn't run without coughing. But I have managed to get all my points for each day so far. Although I'm glad none of you are watching me jump rope. I don't have big girls, but I do have two left feet.

In the upcoming challenges department, I made DOOD a devil's food cake tonight. He's sick and wants chocolate cake. It reminded me of Julie's kids. :rotfl2:

In the good news department, I finally ordered my long-overdue replacement running shoes. I managed to get them from Joe's New Balance Outlet--NB 1223 (long discontinued, but my favorite shoes) for $54.00. They haven't had them in my size in forever, but today I scored TWO pairs. What a bargain!! Now, if I could only get my training plan in place for Goofy....I'm still trying to work out a plan for that....Any suggestions?

Just want to pop in and say hi! I've been lurking for a couple of weeks, and it's amazing how motivating it is. Even though I'm not participating in the BL challenge, I find myself making a conscious effort to do the things Beth lists each week, and I'm making much healthier choices as a result! (Sorry Beth - I may have said some not-so-nice things to you while at the dessert bar at Golden Corral last weekend!)

My personal goal is to lose 1 pound each week, in hopes that I'll be 15 pounds lighter when I reach Richmond in November, and then to carry that through to WDW in January. I'm 15 pounds heavier than I was this time last year, and my knees and ankles can tell a difference!

Everyone is doing such a good job, and Beth in particular is doing a fantastic job of keeping everyone motivated!

Jackie

Good morning Meaners! Another beautiful morning here in South Central PA! I am inspired by such nice weather! We have been pretty lucky weather wise for several weeks......I can only hope it continues!

Debra: WTG with the new shoe purchases!!! Not just one bargin shoe, but TWO!!!:banana: I love a good bargin! I just started my latest new pair this morning.....I swear I hold out as long as possible! My 'old' pair had over 500 miles on them......and I was starting to feel it in my calf muscle and left heel. I waited too long.....:headache:. Now I will have to start hunting again for another 'stand-by' pair!

Jackie: Nice of you to post! Lurking huh? Stop by anytime, we don't bite! I am glad to have inspired you to pick healthy choices at the dessert bar.....and don't worry, my feeling are not hurt if you were cursing me out! I understand! I do it myself all the time......I just don't always win the fight!

Our little BL challenge has been so successful!! I am glad for that.....we have such a great group here. It isn't always about the numbers.....it's good choices at a buffet (Jackie!), it's planning a different workout when our TM is broken (Maria), it's avoiding the nachos (Jeanne), it's building our fitness bases to where we want to be (Wendy), it's a two piece bathing suit (Amy), it's getting our workout in when we don't feel like it (Sarah), and overcoming illness even when we need to walk our 'long run' (Debra). I have to say, I am proud of everyone of you......you all inspire me more than you will ever know.

AFM: The scale is my nemesis this week. I am making good choices, working out, and all that 'stuff'. The scale is not reflecting it. Maybe I will skip the scale tomorrow.......it's not be helpful for the morale!

On a positive note, I did get in Pilates last night!!! :dance3: Always love that! I did get up and run 5 miles on the TM this morning, and will try to get to Pump class tonight.....hopefully!

Beth

Hi Everyone,

Very busy this week. My Tri is on Sunday. I'm both excited and nervous about it. I know I can finish and I doubt I'll be the DLF so I'm not sure why I'm so nervous about it. I guess I just want to have a good showing since all the people I know will be out to watch the race. We leave for our vacation on Sunday afternoon and I still have to do all the packing. The next few days will be very stressful, but I will definitely enjoy being on vacation. I'm running a 10 mile race while we are gone, so I won't be able to rest too long. We don't have internet access in the beach house, but I've already looked up online where the closest wifi coffee house is so I can check in.

Jeanne: Congrats to you, you are making wonderful forward progress towards your goal.

Beth: Thanks for sticking with all of us non-posters. I hope your weigh in went well this week.

Jackie: Welcome. Good luck with your weight loss goal.

Debra: Hope you are feeling better. Nice score with the bargain shoes. I haven't begun my Goofy training yet because I'm training for my October marathon first then will start training for Goofy. My plan will be 1 day of speed work and 1 day of tempo each week. I will alternate between a faster but slightly shorter LR one week and B2B slow LR's the following week with the first LR being 1/2 the distance of the 2nd LR. I cannot fit more than 4 running days into my schedule. If by chance I end up with some free time on the other days I'll fit in some XT since now that I'm a biker and swimmer I kind of like it.

Sarah: I'm glad the BL is motivating you. Even if we don't continue the challenge feel free to post your weigh ins each week if it will motivate you to keep losing.

Amy: Hope you are enjoying your vacation. I'm hoping you are getting at least some good weather. NE weather has been awful this summer. Good luck in your race on Sunday.

Maria: Glad to know you made it safely back from vacation. I hope your motivation has returned in full force.

Julie: The dry erase board is a good idea. No ignoring your weight when you can see it in writing every day.

My stomach is feeling better this week. My eating hasn't been the best but I keep trying. I'm really worried that next week will be rough since I'll be on vacation. I'd like to try to keep it under control so other than s'mores, I don't plan on bringing anything that I'm crazy about. I'm sure we'll go out for ice cream at least once, but I'll try to make up for it with a lot of walking.

Have a great day everyone.
Cindy

Cindy: Good luck with your tri this weekend. You've done all the work....now just go and enjoy your reward. This should be easy compared to training. Just think of the whole race as your "victory lap". It always seems to work for me.

Cindy - I'm glad that you're feeling better. Good luck with your race and enjoy your vacation. I can't wait to hear about both! :goodvibes

Hey Lean Meaners! Sorry I haven't been checking in as much lately. Just busy working and working on personal projects. I'm still managing to get in my workouts and definitely running. I still haven't been able to get up early to go running but at least I'm going to sleep earlier so I know my sleep schedule is improving :) I think the only thing I'm a little concerned about is my eating. I haven't had time to cook (if I could really cook) and so I've been eating out a lot. I think I've been making good choices because I've been sticking to my diet but I guess we'll see.

Cindy - Good luck on Sunday!! I can't wait to hear all about it. Have fun on your vacation too :wave2:

Jeanne - Congrats on a fantastic loss!!

Debra - Sorry to hear you're still sick :( It doesn't seem fair to get sick in the summer. Congrats on the shoe score!! Btw, do you know how often NB retires their shoe models? I started running in them this year and would loooove to get a discount on my shoes. I'm running in a 769 but have never tried out the 768 before.

Maria - Sorry to hear about the broken TM. If you have free weights at home, you can do some lunges and squats with the weights. Jumping rope and jumping jacks are great also. If you have a medicine ball (or you can do it with regular weights), the wood chopper is great for your core. Actually, it's easier when you don't use a medicine ball ;) Because I'm terrible at explaining, I found a video of it http://www.livestrong.com/video/5085-core-training-woodchopper/

Beth - I know it's a little late, but congrats on your race! I totally agree on your advice about the pre-cut veggies. This week I've been busy but picked up a tray of veggies so I just created snack bags to take with me. Btw, I'm having a lot of fun with the jumping rope challenge :)

AFM - Not much of import to report. Been running and working out... and just working. DF's birthday is coming up so that will be about two months of being refined sugar free. Can't say there's much that I miss - I expect that the birthday cake will be super sweet though.

Take care everyone :wave2:

ME: 224.8 -- I never thought I'd be so happy to see such a large number, but it is finally under 225 and that was what I was working toward this week. Beth, despite your generous offer, I still didn't track my points. <Bad Wendy!> For those of you not on the Goofy list or FB, I sold my old bike yesterday (finally) and ordered a new one. All those CL sales finally paid off. This weekend I have a 10-miler planned with my Galloway group and the Bull Moon (bike) Ride, so hopefully I'll keep the scale headed in the right direction.

Cindy -- I hope, by now, that you're all better. I know your tri will go swimmingly. <ba dum boom>

Jeanne -- "a very easy walk... 14:34 pace" -- You are getting so strong! You have really risen to the challenge of this NYC marathon! And congrats to DD and good luck to you both with the wedding planning!

Jackie -- Good to see you! And lurking is acceptable but I love that you popped in to speak up.

Maria -- You and I think alike! My DH and I weigh every day, he writes his weight on the mirror (love those write on glass pens) daily and I only write mine as it goes down. It gets me all wound up when I gain for some unexplained reason -- or heck, even for a good reason! The past is past -- and when you are weighing, you are taking stock of what you have already done. No point in getting myself all twisted over that. I record the losses so I can see my progress!

Beth -- Whether it was the weight loss or training, congrats on the great improvement! Fabulous! And you are a great coach and motivator -- and a generous leader to take the time to keep up with all this for us! And the scale will catch up with your clean living eventually. "This is a test... It is only a test..."

Amy -- Hope you love Vermont -- and the well-earned beer.

Sarah -- Fitting in a life aound all this training is tough. Sorry about Bailey's health issues.

Debra -- Your posts always make me laugh out loud. Sorry you and Dood are fighting that crud. Hope you're both back in the pink and ready for Baltimore in short order! (And congrats on the shoe deal!)

Vicky -- You are a wonder in my book! How you guys can do these multi-person posts daily is beyond me! I can only manage it about once a year -- the rest of the time, please forgive me! Hope DF has a happy birthday! Glad you're getting your workouts/runs in!

Hello to anyone I unintentionally left out. :wave2: I love, love, love reading all the posts --even on the weeks (and weeks and weeks) that I don't reply to them all. You are in my thoughts more than you would imagine. The things you say resonate in me and make me realize what a rare and special community this is.

Wendy: WTG on the weight loss! Your having great success! Keep up the good work! You'll be in 'one-der-land' in no time!

Vicky: I am glad you don't miss the sugar......it's such a good step in the healthy living life! You have done a great job with diet and exercise! Keep it up, and happy birthday to DF!

Jeanne: Congrats to DD on the engagement! Now the work will start! Good luck with the long distance planning!

AFM: My weigh-in yesterday could have been better...... I stayed the same from last week. I thought I would be down at least a pound, but that was not meant to be.......I have re-deticated myself this week. I want to lose 2 pounds by next week. I am concentrating on my portion sizes and getting in my fruits and veggies. My other steps are pretty ingrained. I am getting my water, vitamens, sleep, fiber, and exercise every day. I will 'clean' up the eating a little, and watch my portion sizes this next week. Our vacation in coming up, and I would like to be down some more in weight. Our vacation is in Chicago, and I will be doing the RnR Chicago during my vacation.....so workouts will definitely get done!

I am looking forward to more weigh-in posts today!

Beth

Sorry I continue to be MIA folks. DOOD and I are working together on a couple of projects, as you know, and since he's with me here physically now it means we're compromising on schedules. Combined with our social time it feels like we're never apart. :scared: I like DOOD and I love him, but this, this is a new challenge. And yet, this pain, too, shall pass... :lmao:

Jackie: Come on back to the thread....we don't bite. Except when we're hungry. :rotfl: Seriously, you've got a great goal and a reasonable time frame. I know you can do it! (And in additiont o feeling better, your times for Richmond and Disney will benefit from the weight loss, too. :woohoo:)

Beth: I know just what you mean by waiting too long. You find new pains, or old ones that you forgot you had. And I'm a heel striker, so I tend to go through shoes much more quickly than I think I should. :sad2: Love the shout-out to all of us. It made me feel special AND especially made me realize how lucky I am to have all of you in my life. :cloud9:

How has your week been coming? Remember, you're making the right (healthy) choices and the scale is just tempting you....

ETA: Remember, Beth, a maintain is much better than a gain. And think about what great choices you're making. Not just with food and portion sizes. You're choosing active vacations (and in great cities! I love Chicago.)

Jeanne: Congratulations on doing so well on the BL challenge here. How's the wedding planning going?

Sarah: How is your stress level, professional and otherwise, these days? Do you get Runner's World magazine? They have recommendation on clothing, including sports bras, and this month's is dedicated to testing out "cheap" options (Target, Sports Authority, Walmart, etc.). Not that you're cheap, but *I'm* always looking for good bargains. I'll see if I can dig out their recommendations and see how they compare with my experience. I want to say they gave a thumbs up to the C9 brand. Then again, be warned. I like to say I don't have "girls," I have toddlers, so I might be be a good person to listen to.

Cindy: First, good luck on your Tri! You're going to do great! :cheer2: I like your Goofy alternating speedier LR/B2B plan. :thumbsup2 And I think you're smart to plan for your vacation indulgences, bringing ONE thing (s'mores) and be willing to forgo what you're not crazy about. And going out for ice cream once isn't crazy, either, especially if you walk to it.

Vicky: A regular sleep schedule is very important for both running and losing weight! Great job! I think NB retires their shoes fairly frequently, but am not sure of the schedule. (Every couple of seasons?) I'll see what I can find out. Woodchopper? Who comes up with these names? Have they ever seen anyone chop wood? :rotfl2: Looks like a good workout, though.

Congrats on two counts! 1) Yay for DF's birthday and the celebration it inspires. 2) Your two months of refined sugar free! Yes!!

Wendy: Woo hoo on your being under 225! You met your goal! Plus a big yay for your new bike. AND for earning it through careful saving, CL sales, and getting rid of unused stuff. I really think that's got to make you feel twice as good about getting it. I just love that you're going to get to use it right away, too. Good luck with this weekend's LR and Bull Moon Ride (how long is the latter).

Julie: Have you sent in your marathon registration yet? Where are you staying?

Amy: I hope your vacation is going well, and that we get to see some more awesome post-race photos. I envy all you who think to bring along the camera.

Maria: What's the TM/DVD workout with Bob situation?

Hello all other Lean Meaners! Missing you!

As for me: Okay, I kept promising myself I would check in after I commited to a Goofy/Dopey plan. But that hasnt happened yet. I just am having a hard time figuring out what I want to/can commit to in terms of training. I'm really, really not looking forward to a cycle of back-to-back runs for training AND trying to lose weight at the same time. Not sure that I can do that. And I remember dreading the B2B training at one point. Not purely for the distance, but the mental aspect.

I like Cindy's plan because it gives me an alternative and am considering a version of that. So I'm thinking of putting in some weeks where I only do one LR, to give myself a break. And maybe to help with the weight loss, so I'm not having to concentrate on refueling (which in my case leads to overeating). If so, though, I need to have something in place for those off weeks where there's only one LR. Something that would continue to spur on weight loss since I gain during training. And I'm thinking of starting the Goofy B2B after Baltimore? Any thoughts? Hopefully by the time you weigh in I'll have made my decision and you can talk me out of it. :lmao:

In other news, too many movies this week and next. I know, I know, did you think I would ever say something like that? Outdoor movies in Schenley Park (free), Harry Potter (so disappointed), Cheri (eh), and two previews (G-Force and The Ugly Truth).

Oh, and the challenge. Down .5 pounds, better than I hoped. And I had a REALLY good week with the points, because of the extras.

I had three days where I ate less than two hours before bed...again, a weak spot....one day where I didn't make my water intake. and one forgotten multivitamin. But all the fiber, exercise, and jump rope (although not in 10 minutes STRAIGHT). Plus I tracked every day, which did help me with the fiber and water. So this week, I earned 49 points. (Thanks to the bonus.) I have to admit I'm surprised I didn't drop more, but I'm still not working out at the intensity I was before I fell ill and I could be making better overall food choices. Still too many comfort foods. I think I could take a clue from Vicky and cut out lots of my refined sugar. Vicky, how did you do that? Any strategies?

Debra: You are so lucky!!!! The whole family is waiting to see G-Force with much anticipation!!!!:cool1: We have our own G-Force around here with 3 guinea pigs of our own......hence our need to see the movie!

49 points is awesome! :goodvibes I am proud of you! And, at your current weight, a .5 pound is really good. You are doing awesome!

So for next week's challenge:

Point challenge
1) 64 oz water daily (1 point)
2) 25 g fiber daily (1 point)
3) no eating 2 hours before bedtime (1 point)
4) 30 minutes of exercise (2 points)
5) 5 fruits/veggies daily (1 point)

Exercise challenge:
Lunges! Lunges are so good for us and also the bain of my existence! I hate them, but they do so much for me. Please check a web site like Self.com or Shape.com for proper lunge form before doing this challenge though. You need to keep your knee over your ankle for proper form. If you lunge forward with your knee past your ankle it could injure you!

You will earn a point daily for 10 lunges (both legs) daily.

You may substitute any of the other exercise challenges each day for a point if you do not want to do the lunges.

I again will offer an extra point daily if you track points every day (even if you don't get them all). You can earn 8 points a day if all completed! That's a total of 56 points for the week!!!

We are in the home stretch for this Biggest Loser challenge. Let's end it on a high note!!!!

Beth
