Welcome!! I've definitely lurked on your TRs before and I'm really happy to have you here!

Great news that Joe and Sam can come! When i went back to the first post and saw their picture I was like ahh i've seen them before! haha idk it must be because we all went to the same high school bcuz i recognize them from a while back..once again its such a small world! Can't wait to read your wedding/disneymoon report!

I'm so happy they're coming...wait, you went to our high school too?! I thought you lived further West on the island than we do...either way, small world!!!

Just a little addition...well 2 NOT SO LITTLE additions...

1. TODAY IS ONE YEAR FROM OUR WEDDING!!!
It was 37 degrees out when I got in my car this morning at 7:15 but it's bright and sunny out...so my only request is that next year it's a little warmer!! I'M SOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!! I will start my wedding/Disneymoon PTR either later tonight (hopefully) but if not, definitely this weekend. AHHHHHH SO HAPPY!!!!

2. I called last night to book Joe and Sam's reservation. After a 40 minute call with the NICEST CM, she actually is SAVING us $25 a reservation and moved us to Pop Century! Now I was really excited to stay at ASSp because I hadn't been there in so long and Chris had never been...but we LOVEEEEE Pop!! For all of the nights except for Friday, the 3rd, we're paying UNDER $60 a night!! Every little bit helps! I've changed the first post to Pop Century now instead of ASSp.​

OMG I'm so dumb, I was just confused...which is nothing new for me So wait, how old are you? You and Sam might have been in the same grade!

lol, its okay! I have moments like that all the time haha..I'm 21 and graduated in 2008..I know she was pretty close to my age but my memory stinks so I can't remember what grade she was in. Yeah, thank god today its at least sunny out, even though im still freezing lol

I'm glad you were able to move from All-Star Sports to Pop. The other All Stars are cute but Sports never really appealed to me. It seems more.. generic? I don't know. Pop looks much more fun in pictures!

Ok, Im trying to catch up since I havent been here in a few days!! That's awesome you guys get to goto POP! That's actually how I pulled off going back in December as oppose to Feb! I originally booked POR with the free dining with the thought I could downgrade to POP if I didnt have the $$ come 45 days out or near there well they told me since my code was expired I couldnt do so. I hung up then I thought about it and Im thinking does disney want to loose my business or make some magic happen? So I called back and got an awesome CM willing and very helpful she called guest services and it took about 45mins but got my ressie moved to POP! saved a few hundred! worked out for us! So I was happy as we loved it in December as well as when we went in October we loved it then also!! That's Awesome that your friends are getting to go along with you! It's always nice to have some good company

I'm happy we were able to be moved to Pop, too! I really do enjoy the All Stars and love the theming...but the buses just weren't my cup of tea when we stayed there. I figured going at such a slow time of the year would make it ok this time but now we don't have to worry about it at all and we know we loveeeee Pop!

Hey girlie I can't believe we have two trips planned! This trip was such a surprise to me, I'd been prepping myself since we returned from Disney in June for the fact that we wouldn't be back for over a year...but now we will be...even if it does mean less Christmas presents under the tree lol

Hellooooo readers! Hope everyone is doing well out there. I'm so happy it's Thursday! This week has been a long one but it's almost over. Tomorrow I have to student teach, work and then Chris has a hockey game at 8...it's the finals so wish him luck! Then Saturday I have to work, only a half day. Sunday brings my cousin Tara's baby shower and another finals hockey game. Busy weekend but the bright side? Next week my students have off Tuesday and Friday so that's only 3 days of student teaching and since Friday is Veteran's Day and I work at a bank, no work Friday either...a WHOLE DAY OFF!!

I've been in SUCH a Disney moon lately...it's all I can think about...so I think that calls for another update! I'm going to talk a little more about the CS food that Chris and I are looking forward to this trip, since we'll be eating 95% of the time at CS places. I've already done the MK...today I'll move to Epcot!

First, my favorite CS in Epcot,

Sunshine Seasons! I love this place, even if it is usually packed out. The food is just awesome and such a great selection. Plus, they have this...

Amazinggggggg strawberry shortcake!!

Now we'll move on into the World Showcase. We'll start in Mexico, here...

And we'd probably get some of these little puppies

Hmmmm, sooooo gooooood!

A trip to Mexico is NEVER complete without a stop here...

Maybe we'd stop in Norway next for some of this delightful treat...

Bratwurst! I know this is probably weird, but I could eat sauerkraut by the bag/can...I love it so much even if it smells horrible. So I will eat anything with sauerkraut lol

It's been a really long week, hasn't it? I'm so glad tomorrow is Friday, I can't wait to sleep in on Saturday!

Fun update, I love that there are so many different places to eat in Epcot! I LOVE La Cava del Tequila, those margaritas are the best! LOL, that's so funny that you like sauerkraut so much, I've never even tried it!

I think my favorite CS place in Epcot is the fish and chips place in UK, it's SO good, and I love the fries!

Oh how I love a Grey Goose slushie! And did you know you can ask for it in a "regular" cup? That way there's less spillage!

Yum, La Cava is the best! I feel like time passes by much slower in there than any other place in WDW haha.
Sunshine Seasons is definitely my favorite CS in Epcot, too! Love the Asian station-- those noodles are the best!
I also really loved La Cantina this past trip-- everything was very fresh. We had the free DDP, though-- not sure I would pay $15 for three tacos if I was paying OOP! It was GOOD, just pricey!

Sunshine Seasons is our favorite Epcot counter service, too. There is plenty to choose from for different tastes. The rotisserie chicken was my favorite things to eat for a while, but then I discovered the cashew chicken. They changed the noodles on the cashew chicken, at least for the meal I had in October, and what a disappointment! They went from the good Asian noodles to something that looked like a very cheap brand of spaghetti noodle with zero flavor. I'll be going back the rotisserie chicken next time.

We usually find a place to eat over by Living with the Land - out of the main open eating areas and where it is a little darker and less chaotic. The center area can be really, really crowded.
