I used to visit a Celebration RESIDENTS discussion board, but the link doesn't work now. It was pretty interesting to read...talk about debates!

We've been happy Celebration owners since May 2001. We recently moved a tad NE of Orlando to be closer to our horses, but we still own a "castle" there and love to return for the festivities. It's a perfect community for familes with great schools and kid-friendly EVERYTHING!

If you have any questions about how to deal effectively with the builder, feel free to ask.. expressing my opinion is one of my favorite hobbies; >)

No problem ZPT1022. We are building a Peachtree Mediterranean. It's about a 2000 sq ft two story home. It will be on an oversized corner lot, we will actually have somewhat of a side yard. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, family room, Kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining room, a study, and a two car garage. It will have a red tile roof.

We are so excited .
