I have a lot of scrapbooking supplies but have not finished even one scrapbook yet, so I am not allowing myself to buy anything new until I do

Thanks Michelle. I don't feel any worse so that's a good thing! I did go for a walk....around the mall I had a coupon for 40% off at a store, but it expired today, so I decided to get moving and check to see if they had anything new. I came home with 2 new tops and 2 pairs of capris Too tired to walk outside now though. How about you? Did you get out for a walk? Hope you are feeling better soon too

Had some work calls come in so I couldn't get out - besides it's too windy today. I could get blown away... Never made it out of the 30's..

Prayers and pixie dust please. A dear friend is in the hospital for heart and lung issues. She was diagnosed many years ago with Sarcoid of the lungs (Google it, it's a nasty disease). About a year and a half ago, she learned it had started to affect her heart, so she has lots of health issues as a result, but has been fairly stable the half year on meds. She started coughing really badly Thursday, went to the pharmacy for an over the counter cough medicine, but when she asked the pharmacist for a recommendation, he told her that because of her condition and meds, she should go to urgent care. She did, they told her she had bronchitis, gave her a med with Codeine to let her sleep, then she just texted me this morning saying she had to go to the ER last night and was admitted because her heart and lungs are in bad shape and she'll be in for at least the next few days. Very scary. Any of you who might be guessing who this is, please don't mention to her I told anybody and please don't mention it on FaceBook because she's a private person and would not want people to know (which is why I'm not mentioning her name). Thank you.

Missed this(and another post) yesterday. Sorry to hear about your friend. Poor thing. Lots of thoughts and prayers.

I am back from Manchester!!!

You see my friend had the hen party last weekend and she was asking me to join in, I told her no *** too near for my holiday also my husband's birthday ... Then last monday she asked me to meet for coffee and told me that one of girl pull out and wonder if I join in...

Yes, I join in at last mins and went to Manchester last Friday for two nights.. It was fab times.. Never had giggles too much... oh me.. one of my friend was daft...

On Sat, we dressed up Bumble bee (oh my god I cannot image to dress up that I am 50)!!! my friend ordered tee shirt and trousers at last mins for me and bumble bee head band too...

We end up went to Manchester United to tour the football... Oh it was best day I ever see (yes we dressed up for hen's party)...

then we went to Shopping centre which it it so beautiful but very huge .. we went to Old Orleans for drink and had a good laugh... I went to bed about 1 am and the party went on until 4.30 am... I think I am too old for it

Oh I am very tired today... and I know my mil was not happy with me

Thanks Marilyn. I was actually wrong, she went into the hospital Friday, not Saturday. Yesterday they put her on oxygen. She's still there today. She told me today she feels just awful and they think she'll be there at least another day, probably until Wednesday. This is a woman so active, I have a hard time keeping up with her and she's 20 years older than me, so it's scary to hear her tell me at 4 this afternoon that she needs to sleep a while. She can barely breathe, so she is only texting, not talking.

Long day. We're short handed this week at work, so I tried to go in early, by 7, but didn't make it until 7:45. But I suppose 15 minutes early is better than being late, which I am, more often than not (late, that is). My office manager said "It's just a bonus for us that you were actually on time for a change". She's like me and is NOT a morning person, so we both roll in late and bleary eyed most mornings.

Anyway, worked until 6:50, then rushed to my 7:00 Lent study group which lasted until 9, so after hitting a drive through for supper on the way home, I didn't get home until about an hour ago. Now I have to rush off to sleep because I need to try to be up at 5am to try to get to work at 6 because I'm still working on stuff from last week, and have to leave early tomorrow at 4:30. Parent-teacher conferences. Hate those. I see the teachers regularly, so I know what Tyler's doing in school, so I have to listen to his dad be so shocked and clueless when he gets the updates. Whatever. Then I'll probably go back to work afterwards for a couple hours.

Good think I have a 2 week vacation coming up in 28 days!!!!!

Mom and I just went out for lunch. It's that time again and I needed chocolate... so we went for a milk shake... that should hold me and stave off any hormonal

Gotta make calls for Metro today. I still like doing side work for them.. Great family and really helped me get back to work when I needed it.
