I never went through the ENS. There was too much to do and too many places to go. I stayed busy and I enjoyed being able to redecorate. Betsy laughs because when she came home from college the first time I had gotten rid of everything in her room and had redone it.

Did I have an earthquake? I missed it. It must not have been too big because I usually feel them. Nothing like the Big Bear quakes I take it! I was a teen and my mom my kept coming in and yelling at me to get under the door but I was resting and too good for that We were so close that we damage to the house but I was at the age that nothing could hurt me!

I didn't feel any earthquakes either!

You're like Gaylean, starting young and then starting over again with Brent while you're still young. That's probably the best way! Because then you'll always be young and ready to run.

That was the plan - have the kid while we were young so when she was gone we could afford to travel and do things that we couldn't until she reached her teens.

Yeah, we would have a good time wouldn't we! I'm so sorry we never got to do BBCs by the pool together. I just ran into you as we were busy with other things. So active and crazy and fast. Want to do Tortola in 09 and we'll schedule some pool time together? Otherwise we'll just have to make another stop on our way down to FL in Oct this year. Are you going to be around? You can tell us all about Cabo......by the way I'm very jealous. That was the only excursion that we really liked. We were at the Nikki Beach Resort and it was a lot like where you're staying except you have 2 weeks and we had like 2 hours.

We can do an overnight in Georgia....let me know your schedule after I tighten mine up. Right now we're going the beginning of Oct. that could change to the end of Sept.

My Shannon was 29 when I was 47. I am now 58 and she is turning 40 this year, our youngest is 30. I'm done young, thus DrHug and I can still enjoy hauling our bedroom around with us!

The reality was we had no plan, we just had kids and did the best we could. It has worked for us though. We also have spent the last few years with DGS and now he is heading off to college. I am not sad about that though, just ready to spend time alone with DrHug, getting hugs!

Funny even though Paul and I married at 32 we didn't have a plan really either.

It would definitely be on a weekday, not a weekend.....and John only does hotels. He would never stay overnight in mom's house even.....just a quirk he has. So we would get a hotel close by and then do dinner with you.....maybe some pool and drinking after......we could do it at our hotel if you'd like.
