Jen: Glad to hear your doing fine and get to eat more.... protein. I think there is some kind of protein in ice cream.
Kate: Sorry to ask this silly little question, but, what in the world is a plaster?? You said you had to "stop by your house for a plaster becasue you tripped on a rock." I'm trying to imagine you mixing some plaster powder with water and smoothing it on your injury with a spatula.

Big Brown is racing today in the Belmont Stakes, go BIG BROWN. Also my Hurricanes play in the super-regional today and they have to win or they are out.

Going to be hard now that I am interpreting "eat more protein" rather liberally.
Scary thought, but not a scary first day: 2miles outside 18mins and 10mins stretching. Will do my longer distances on TM for now.
But since tomorrow is a rest day for running, I will bike it! Can't wait!
