I went out for a run today 4.7miles in 42mins and 0.3mile cool down followed by my longest stretching (10mins) and icing period ever. Tendon's tight and obviously bruised my skin but coped ok. That was my last real run before my 3 planned POFQ ones next week, eek.
THEN i got my WiiFit game wahoo. So had to go on that- did some Wiijogging, balance games and yoga and i love it. 20 more mins of exercise for me.
Today's total 80mins.
