Hi all! I forgot to subscribe so I keep forgetting to post. Since it's been pretty frigid, I haven't gotten much walking in. I've been on the bike instead usually. But since, I decided to count just walking I'm at 24.26/1025. I've almost made it to Illinois.
Did at bit on the treadmill at home today...up to
44.65/1349
I know I should have moved more over the last few days. Didn't go to the Y Friday night due to bad weather and couldn't find the motivation to get on the treadmill at home. And didn't make it to the Y Thursday night either!! (Kids had ski and DD had too much homework to go to swim practice). And didn't get on the treadmill that night either..... yikes... I haven't worked exercised in days. Maybe I ought to get BACK on the treadmill today! ....................P
Luckily I only live 857 miles from WDW. I should "walk" there in no time because of the amount of time I spend on a treadmill,stationary bike and elliptical...
...now if only I could get the right eating/exercise program for my body to loose these 60 lbs!!
I am sorry I haven't posted anything at all this month. My step-father recently passed away after 3 months of medical complications needless to say exercise hasnt been on the forefront of my mind but starting Monday the 18th I am going back to the gym and back on my diet and back to biking to the world (its easier on my knee to bike instead of walking/running but I do walk at least a mile every time I go to the gym)

I did break out and dust off the tread mill a few days ago. I'm ready to start thanks again!!! We have 2 trips planned...one in April and September of 08
I'll have to fly for April but I just may make it in September.
