VWL Lock off Room Suggestion?

I'll be calling MS on Monday morning to make a change (hopefully) to our ressies for May. We currently have a two bedroom dedicated reserved and have requested non-smoking, top floor, pool or lake view. The people traveling with us are leaving before us, and we're going to change the ressies to a lock off so at the end of the trip we don't waste any points needlessly. Any room suggestions? I still want non-handicapped, non-smoking, top floor, pool/lake view and understand they don't have to honor requests.
