VWL December 2008 - Who Will Be There?

I called this morning and added on the last day to our VWL Christmas. We now have 1 studio for Dec. 21 and a dedicated 2BR for Dec. 22-26. I hope to call back at 7 months and get a second studio (there are four of us - me, DW, DD28 and DS33). If I can't get the studio it is going to be mighty crowded with four adults in the studio. I looked into booking a regular WL room but they wanted $350 for the one night. I couldn't see paying that. Sure made me thankful for DVC.

PS - What is a VWL Groupie?

I'll be there November 28 - December 6 with bells on and I do mean that. I also can't wait to the Christmas Tree swap again - I loved having a tree in our studio when we returned from the parks. Christmastime at the VWL-its so magical. My Christmas wouldn't be that same without a Disney trip and the Lodge.

Wow! It's great to get such a welcome, especially from fellow Cary-ites. I think I was a VWL Groupie even before I purchased it as my home. When I first saw pictures of WL, I fell in love with it. On my last trip to WDW, my DW and I ate there, just so I can soak in the magic.

WolfpackFan, I see that your family will be there the same time we will, we should try to meet up sometimes.

Thank you so much for the warm welcome! I'm starting to plan now. There is so much to see and do. I think I'll be driving myself a little nuts.

ok, our plans are firm now. Dec 21st - Dec 28th.

we added both Fri & Sat night!!

don't remind of the points but at least now we won't have to move, with 4 kiddos that can be a real task!
