Message from VMK Staff

Due to an inadvertent mistake made when instructing the Hosts for the judging of the slides this past weekend, the category of Most Creative was listed as Best Theme and explained as such. Because of this error we have re-evaluated the entries and come up with the winner and runner ups listed below. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Woo Hoo! Team Wind Waker rocks! I was away all day and missed the entire thing with my team being off the list! How nice to come home go right to the computer and see the team right at the top of the newsletter page!

We created an original interesting ride and the team was made up of a variety of people that really didn't know each other before the contest so we all got the added bonus of making new friends.

Thanks Fox and all, from team - Yeti Can't Swim (because we had to include our Yeti somehow) The Yeti thanks you too. It was a reconstituted effort from the Everest event minus a few people that were not crazy enough to go again plus a few new crazy friends. With Several Dis members Jumangi, Mainstreetlad, StevieB, NotaZoo, myself as well as Aceblueeyes, sarahleah, TongaToasty and BlarneyLuck.

The team was going to be The Yeti and Neds Excellant adventure but the title was too long and we were short on a Ned character. so we worked it around a bit and came up with Yeti Can't Swim

Congratulations to all the other great teams and thanks to all that participated for some great rides. We really had a great Dis effort in this event, glad everyone kept their head.
