Vegetarian dining?

Hi! I have a question about vegetarian dining. My husband is a vegetarian, the rest of our family is not. I'm planning on buying the meal vouchers, but seriously doubt that it will be at all worth it for him. Does anyone know if any of the restaurants cater to vegetarians? Or can you think of places that offer non meat entrees? Obviously, i can browse through menus but was hoping to get an idea of where to start. If we can all find food at the same place, it would really simplify matters!
Also, he doesn't eat fries that were cooked in the same vat as chicken fingers, veggie burgers grilled on the same surface as meats, etc. so if veggie options are available, i'll also have to check into that. Our trip is a long ways off, but I'm trying to get as many ducks in a row as possible now, so that we can go ahead and start paying for things. Thanks!

Almost all the sitdowns have veggie options on menu, but they will prepare one special if you call ahead.

Hi kellyR2 - DD just became a vegeterian so this trip was a learning experience for us. A few places to try:

Garden Grill in Epcot - offers roasted vegeatables with Polenta.

Columbia House in MK - offers a vegetarian chili and a hummus/slaw sandwich.

Boma in AKL - tons of salads, cous cous, fruit plates. A few veggie based soups, too!

Sci-Fi in MGM - marinated tomatoes with mozzarella cheese, spinach dip, and caesar salad.

Hello,
I ate here last year and they were very cooperative in helping me plan a menu. I called ahead to the restaurant and spoke to Chef Jason. I gave him the date of our PS and discussed my dietary requests. He couldn't have been nicer and the food was delicious. He came out and introduced himself, made me feel special. We're going back in Feb. and will eat there again. I've already put a call in to Jason (yay...he's still there) and will look forward to another great experience.
