Urgent:Anyone have tech difficulties booking w/best rate program???!!

I can not get the best rate program to work....... it works fine until I click "Book this offer" then it says to sign in.... so I do..then it does not bring me back to the reservation page but it brings be to the www.disneyworld.com main page ( not the annual passholder section) when I try to start over and book the room it say this page can not be displayed. I have checked all my computer settings and that is not the problem.... called Disney repeatedly as or 120 mark is approaching within the next 5 days and they offer no help nor even have a technical support number..they say there is absolutly no way to help me book over the phone... Has anyone one else experienced these problems???? What should I do .. any tips on how to get this dumb site to work would be SOOOOOO helpful since I now might miss out on a code completly if we pass the 120 day mark. I am sooooo mad at Disney right now... I am a florida resident and have been an AP holder since I was like 3 and I feel disney is discouraging their loyal customers from taking last min or multiple trips in a year...ok rant over and I feel better.

Did you try logging in before you go to the passholder section?

Yes, when I log on beforehand then it doesn not even let me into wher eyou select your date of travel...it then says this page can not be displayed! When I called Disney all they said was the system is slow try back in an hour... I have been trying for a week... I just didnt know if anyone else is having this problem alos.

i had the same problem this is what finally worked for me:i went to log out then closed the site and internet explorer then started all over and went to the main page to log in-after logging in i went to the passholder page and logged in again with my pass..funny thing is after doing all this it let me pick my hotel put in all my info including credit card but when i would hit the final submit button it would come up "session timed out" i tried several times and each time the same thing happened i called twice and they said sorry we can't help--we can't even access this site----well guess what the third time i called they transferred me to guest relations who ended up booking it for me thank goodness because i think my computer is too slow/old to use this site properly

i would call and asked to be transferred to guest relations to help because you don't want to miss your 120 window---good luck

Check to make sure the computer you are using is accepting cookies for that webpage. Try clearing your internet history and cookies and logging in again.

I tried from another computer in the house and it went rhough the very first time with no problems at all ! Im glad I have it booked as I was really worried!!!! Thanks for all your help!!!

Try very early morning like 5:00-6:00 a.m.

I got an e-mail yesterday to plan my vacation, but it had no discounts, just rack rates for 2006.

I played around with it and it was even moving slow for that early in the morning.
