Update on DW and Unborn Daughter

HI Pat,
You do not know me, but I have living proof that things can turn out ok. My twins turn 7 today. I was kicked in the stomach by a student a 29 weeks. They were able to keep me from delivering for 1.5 weeks, and inject me with the steroids for their lungs, they were delivered at 9.5 weeks early at 30.5 weeks. They weighed 3 lbs a peice and were tiny(ppremie clothes were to big for them, and I actually bought them Cabbage Patch clothes to wear for Father's day that year. THey did stay at the hospital for a while, but they are now about to finish first grade, and are perfectly healthy normal little girls.

I know your wife is scared, I was terrified, but you said she is getting the best care. Your attitude and you love for eachother and your daughter will get you all through. I will pray for you guys and Kimberley Jane. I consider today miracle day for my family, you will soon have yours too.

And what a lovely writer you are, I hope you are keeping a journal so Kimberly Jane will be able to read it later on in life. How about we plan a DIS meet for Kimberly's first trip to WDW?? Pat, I am praying for the three of you in the hopes that everything works out in the end. I believe in the power of prayer and in miracles, and I also know that God works in misterious ways.
I am one of those people who enjoy watching Discovery health and I have seen that medecine has come a long ways, as Glo said before, things can turn out ok, I personally have seen her twins and trust me , you would never know what they went through when they came to this world.
Keep your possitive attitude , life throws us some nasty curves sometimes , but if we see them , we can try to avoid them or just fight them. Before you know it , you will have Kimberly Jane in your arms , walking down Main Street USA.

I will say a prayer that in 14 weeks or so you hold your beautiful, healthy daughter and that she always knows how wanted and loved she is. She is already a very lucky little baby.
