Okay... wy would you ADMIT that you would run over someone on purpose with your stroller? The only reason I am slightly hesitant about taking an ECV to DL is because I dont want to run anyone over. Why would someone go out of their way to run someone over?

:rolleyes1 I do admit on ocassion I would liked to have had a wheel vehicle to run over someone at DL. But usually it was one of my own family members!:lmao:

Oyyyy, somebody talk to me and tell me my children will grow up to be fine, upstanding citizens. :headache:

They've been wild all evening, I don't know why, but right after dinner they started wrestling, which leads to pushing and kicking and even choking (DS3's latest defense mechanism.) :headache:

I told them many times to stop, DH even pulled them apart at one point, and they went right back at it. So DH then ignored them, I was looking something up on the internet for DH, and then DS3 began to howl. DS7 immediately reaches out and says to DS3, "Sorry!" and he looks at me with a very guilty look. I tell him to go sit away from DS3 and give him a lecture, while DH comforts DS3.

As soon as DS3 sits up, he runs right over to DS7 and they start in again! WTH is it with boys???

DH left to go take a walk in the middle of the chaos, I tell the boys several more times to calm down or they're going to bed. When DS3 starts choking DS7 and DS7 is trying to elbow his brother in the face, I sent DS3 to the corner, and DS7 back to the couch. He was trying so hard to look like he felt bad, but he started to giggle, so I sent him to his room.

Then they BOTH started to cry at the top of their lungs! Aaaaaggghhhh!!!

You can always make them sit next to each other on the couch and hold hands for 5 minutes if they start fighting again. That was usually enough to make my kids stop!:lmao:

Howdy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been snooping on the net for pricing on shuttles. Found one that is only $36.00 one way from LGB Airport to Hojos. So we split that Megan, and that's only 18.00 each. How does that sound?

I prefer just to wonk my dh on the head with my stroller. :rolleyes1 He just got up and yelled at me for giving him the wrong kind of juice. :sad2: Get your own damn juice next time!

Alex, my mom got so fed up with my brothers one time at our lake house because they were at it ALL day long. Nothing she could do would stop them. She finally shoved them into her bedroom, locked the door and told them they could not come out until there was blood and a lot of it.

Well, they were so shocked they had no clue what to do so they just sat there on the bed talking how mom had "lost it" and what could they do to make it better :lmao: They decided to make her dinner that night and they didnt fight (well until the next day probably) :rotfl2:

she said that was her best tactic ever!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Thats great!
That sound's yummy!! I had hamburger patties, cherry tomatoes, grapes, and cauliflower.
It was tasty! Probably the best I have made. :thumbsup2

Send them to bed! Or make them clean their rooms. Works in my house... While the room might not be spotless, by the end of the evening they are playing quietly in their bed room.
Dang it, why didn't I think of that? :rotfl:

Actually yesterday DS7 worked really hard on cleaning up his room, almost all by himself. (I went in at the end and helped him organize the last few things so he could toss/put away. We now have a huge garbage bag of "stuff" that DH and I need to go through to see if we want to salvage anything for DS3. It burns me up, because there are family games that the boys apparently took out of the closet and played, then left in DS's room and now the loose pieces are in that stupid bag.

DS7 went crying up to his room, and DS3 was screaming and crying in the corner, then wandered upstairs. They are now quiet, and quite frankly, I don't give a rat's patoot what they are doing. :sad2:

My grandpa used to send my sister and I outside in the yard and act like he was Howard Cossell giving a blow by blow description of the fight! It was so bizarre we usually quit fighting and started laughing.

Alison, I'm pondering your thought for the day. I WONT GO LOOK IT UP THOUGH! :lmao: I kind of want to check....I blame the blondeness

Yeah, Alex does that with his legos, and Bionicles. Takes them to his room, then they get all broken up and pieces lost. Then we walk in there and step on them.... I get mad, and we throw them away. :lmao:

I'm reading the "Don't Stand So Close To Me" thread, it's totally hilarious!!! :rotfl2:

Normal boys I hate to tell you. :rotfl:

My boys used to do the same thing. They'd start off at playful wrestling. Then it would get a little more intense. That's when I would start telling them to slow down because someone was going to get hurt. Did they listen? No!! So it goes on untill someone did get hurt, and then there was the crying and so on. I said too bad, I told you to quit while you were ahead of the game. There were times when I just told them to go outside, cuz our house was civilized, and they weren't acting that way. For some reason it wasn't as fun fighting outside as it was inside. Nobody looking at them?:confused3 Who knows?

Anyways, boys will be boys!! It's the ultimate testosterone challenge, that can't be helped. Thank goodness for it in the long run.

It has some different ingredients, but it is very tasty!

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: but we LOVE you, so its okay! Are you staying for longer then just the one day for the April trip?

I am still waiting to see what my moms surgery date is. She has not confirmed anything. Otherwise if I was going for the whole time i would pick you two up from the airport and only charge you $50 each.
