Last minute (kind of) December plan - Help pls !!!

I'll be there in early December and have only been there at that time during COVID. I'm excited about the party, the CP and the holiday storytellers in Epcot too. I saw many of the trees, but I hope to see some of the gingerbread decorations, not GF this year though. There are also special "characters" in AK, like little light up animal puppets. Don't forget cookies and treats all over the world, too.
