I figure worst case scenario we drive back to Gilbert and I hit the Kohl's I use to work at. All we have here is Wal Mart and KMart, and I have trouble paying so much when I know I can get it for 60% off in the valley. I know they don't sell the thermal stuff in Gilbert - so I have no problem loading up on that - I think I will get the jackets next week when we come down to move up our stuff.

whats the good word? Another Solvang eating spot is behind the Petersen inn, its a danish bakery, and right next to that is a "garden" resteraunt. Pretty good stuff!! We always try and have afternoon "tea" at the bakery. (DW has tea, I have danish baked goods!)

I ordered pots and pans designed by Paula Deen. They are beautiful! I've always had just mumbo jumbo pots and pans, so I decided to order them. But let me back up a little here. I never watch QVC. But the Sunday I was still cooperating from surgery, I was bored. My family had gone to church, and I was left alone with nothing good to watch on TV. I was still too uncomfortable to talk on the DIS. So here I am looking for something interesting on TV, and I stumble on to Paula Deen on QVC. Well I happen to love her and her recipes. I have 3 of her books. So here I am, thinking those are nice. And before I know it, I am another sucker buying off of QVC!!!:rotfl2

ITs really cold here today. (I see some of the Hyena's are grumbling about the weather.) IT was sooo cold I had to put on my fleece hoodie DW made me, to go out and get the paper. I checked the tempature, it is down to 72 degrees!

Guess what I got yesterday from UPS?? My first ever order from QVC.
i like her cooking show but not the paula's party too much...its ok sometimes but she can be a little overbearing lol....did you see her breakfast in bed episode that was on the other day??I am definitely not grumbling about it being cold - at least not yet!!! It is supposed to be 98 degrees in Gilbert where I just moved from - I will never grumble about 70 degrees!!! When I have snow on the ground - I do reserve the right to grumble!!!

By the way, Albort is the Cast Member who so many people on the DL board are trying to find when they go to DL. There's even a thread somewhere about finding him, and who is he, what does he look like and so on. Most of us here on this chat thread have met him. He just turned 21 last week. He works mostly at DCA.
