OK....I've got Universal Studios questions. We're gonna go to USO on one day of our upcoming trip. We have two situations to work around.
1) My brother and I are legally blind. It is imperative that we be able to sit front and center at shows and rides that are like shows.
2) My Mom has degenerative bone disease. She has her good days and bad days. To be safe, we'll be getting her a wheelchair. She'll be fine getting in and out of it.
The main problem I can foresee (never been to Univarsal Studios) is for me and my brother. How do we assure the best ride and show experience? Does USO have its own version of the GAC or will we need to plead our case to every employee we encounter.
Is there any other helpful info I should know for guests with disabilities? I've been to USO's site and their ADA page didn't address my concerns. So I'm counting on the experience of my good buddies here...
