I don’t really track water intake. I guess I pay more attention to water outflow, and if the color involved is an acceptable one! And don’t forget, foods also provide the body with moisture, so hydration levels are not solely dependent on the amount of liquids consumed.

I couldn't tell you how much I actually drink but it's my predominate drink. I have coffee (sometimes tea) in the morning then the rest of the day it's plain water. Every now and then I'll have a beer or pop if we were having fast food for dinner (we don't have pop in the house for a reason). At a restaurant normally it's water sometimes a beer or pop.

You do want to drink when you're thirsty but I think the recommendation on ensuring you're drinking a good amount of water is a good idea for people who don't get that cue as much or ignore it too often.

People are right we do get liquids from food and drink but we still need actual water replenishment too.

I drink my water and also get my hydration from the foods I eat on a daily basis. Watermelon, spinach, cucumbers, etc. Keep a good balance and make sure your output is pretty clear! If ya know what I mean....đź’›

I had to choose sometimes, because I'm usually pretty good about water intake, but have been slacking the last few days. I have about 4 oz of coffee in the morning and then it's plain water the rest of the time with an occasional seltzer. I used to drink a lot of unsweetened black tea (hot and cold) but I'm on a break from tea right now.

I drink plenty of water. I refill a water bottle numerous times per day, drink coffee in The morning and make iced tea later in the day. if nothing else, I'm well hydrated

I rarely drink water. I live off of lemonade, that and a coffee in the morning are all I ever drink. And let me tell you, that lemonade they serve at WDW is absolutely nasty. First of all, they only carry diet which is weird and it’s just gross. So I pretty much only drink water at Disney. I need to start drinking more water though.

DH and I split a pot of coffee in the morning. Many days, that's all I have to drink, all day. Sometimes I take a big mug of tea upstairs with me in the evening but I rarely finish it.

I drink about 64 oz a day. I thought that was a lot because I pee a lot but I guess not. Eek. And I weigh 150.
Drink plain water from fridge dispenser and have a stanley in living room and a plastic cup with straw by my bed. I take a cup or bottle in the car everywhere I go. And drink water when eating out. But still think it's only 64 az a day. But maybe it's more.

I don't drink enough water. I know it. I have often read that by the time one is actually thirsty, that the body is already dehydrated. And I've found that to be true for me. By the time I'm thirsty and remember to drink water, I end up guzzling it down. But, I'm running around too much at work to carry a bottle around with me. Often, there is a collection of lost or forgotten water bottles by coworkers each day, as they forget where they put theirs. I' have a water bottle in my bag, but I'm not usually where my bag is stashed. I'm just not the kind of person that has a water bottle tethered to me.

I pay for it though. My urine is sometimes darker than it should be. I notice my skin is really dehydrated. And sometimes I have leg cramps later in the day. Sometimes, it's low potassium. But, more often, it's dehydration.

At home, I did size up to a 40 oz. water bottle. As once I settle down for the evening and sit for a movie, I often found my previous, smaller water bottle empty by then and had to get up to refill it. :headache: Ideally, a 60 oz. water bottle would get me through the whole day. But, that would be too cumbersome to lift all the time.
