Two Kids...One Parent...what to do?

Planning brief two day trip to Orlando. My wife can't go..but I'll have 6 & 10 year old daughters. I know they have parent swapping for rides with two parents and kids that won't go, but what have those done with one parent and two kids?

My oldest wants to hit the more exciting rides..(with me)..while my youngest is a bit too scared for some.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. This is an awesome site and has been most helpful.

Also, any general suggestions for rides with these ages?
