How important is lightning lanes in late August?

We are going mid September this time (late September last year) and don't think we will buy any LLMP except Hollywood Studios this time. Slinky Dog is my daughters favorite and I am not waiting 60mins or more for it, haha!

We have hoppers so will do MK on a party day for low crowds - then hop somewhere else for the evening. Will most likely go back to MK in the evening on a non party day for the parade/fireworks.

AK does not need LLMP in my opinion...just maybe the SP for FOP if you like that ride but my daughter is not sure she wants to do that one again so we will see on that day.

EPCOT - probably not. Waiting to see how the new Test Track affects wait times of other rides etc.

How long is your trip? Do you have multiple days in each park?

If I only had one day in HS and MK I would be tempted to purchase. If you have more than one day and plan to hit rope drop they aren’t needed.

We're going for 8 days, so yes, will be doing multiple days in most parks. However, we're staying off-site, so won't be able to "fully" rope drop.

Obviously that gives us more opportunities to hit the rides, but that would only help so much if the lines are going to be long every day.

If you can be at MK for 8 am rope drop on two party days, you probably don’t need LLMP to get all the big rides once. It’s usually pretty calm until 10:30.
