Hello, no studios are showing so the next option I see for these dates is a 1 bedroom -- total of 248 points. It would be a little difficult for me to cover that many points. Thanks...

If I were to cover that large of a reservation, I'd have to borrow from my 2027 use year and not sure I want to do that.

Changing the checkout to the 13th saves some points, but would still require me to borrow from 2027.

As for the Riviera, a studio is available, checking in on the 7th and checking out on the 13th (the night of the 13th isn't available).

The Riviera option doesn't require me borrowing 2027 points, so that one is easier for me to handle. Thanks...

DVC owner since 2001. I’ve rented multiple times with references available.

Please provide the following information for me to check availability:

• Resort wanted;
• Check-in and check-out dates;
• Room type;
• View preference, if applicable.

Once availability is confirmed and you want to continue with the booking, I’ll need the following information, which you can send in a PM:

• Names of everyone in your party, including Mr., Mrs., Ms.;
• Age of anyone 17 or younger at the time of arrival;
• Your home address;
• Your cell phone #;
• Your email address;
• Any special occasions being celebrated, i.e. birthday, anniversary.

Once the reservation is confirmed, I require half the total amount within 15 days. The remaining half is required at least 60 days before the arrival date. Payment by check, Zelle, or PayPal is accepted. If using PayPal, any option other than “Pay a Friend” using a bank account will require adding 3% to the total amount to cover fees.
