Just saw on Facebook that Wigd and Shocker got caught in a snowstorm going back to Kansas and have had to stop and get a hotel on the road home. Too bad they couldn't have stayed another night in a Disney resort instead.

That's too bad! An extra night in a Disney resort would have been so much better.

Katie texted me about ten minutes ago -- they landed safely in Rochester. I was texting her a lot through her trip (earning me the nickname "Texty McGee" from a certain boy ), but I'm really excited to read about it, too, whenever she is ready!

That's another one of of Charles's issues with cats -- the fact that they like to claw everything. Our friends got two kittens last year and they routinely used the couch to...I don't know, sharpen their claws? Is that what they're doing when they claw/scratch at things? They had some scratching thing but they were more interested in the couch. My friends also had to curb the kittens' enthusiasm for shoelaces because they'd always go after those!

I'm glad she made it, too. I have travel anxiety for myself and it sometimes extends to loved ones as well. She sent me a picture of a Mickey rice crispy treat and I was so jealous!

It's a lot of fun! It's cool to see all the props and stuff. We hadn't been on it for a long time before this and I was glad my dad insisted on going on.

Thanks! I get a kick out of it, too. Kailyn never used to try to pose, or even get into pictures, so I love that she purposely made a face for the picture!

Well ladies and gentlemen....While we were waiting to check into the Crystal Palace on Thursday evening Patrick got an email...a very special email....

He got the pin code for free dining!!!!

And since Ann didn't get to go with us this last week she has been very sad and really wants to go and see her Mickey...so.....We are going back!!!!

Looks like May 30-June 6! 8 days after graduation and 3 days after my birthday!!! So it will be a super special trip for all of us! I'm going to be booking later this afternoon when I come home from Shea's!!! Yay for cheap flights and a future mother-in-law who is obsessed with DISNEY!!!!

I'll have to do the ticker later...I'm heading to urgent care to get some meds for my cold/sinus thing I came home with...also, it now looks like it might be May 29-June 6...non-stop flights! Only adds $163 for the additional night and gives us more time to play!!!

I'm totally fine with Ann being obsessed with Disney! She took me on my first trip where I got to stay on property and visit more then one park for more then one day....she's the one who got me obsessed! Patrick really did work hard for that pin code! I think we probably would have ended up going even if he didn't...she sounded so sad when we talked to her while we were there...I even refrained from sending her pics because I knew how much she wished she was there.

Update on the dr appt: I have a sinus infection/middle ear infection! Which explains why my ear hurt so much when we flew home on Saturday, the PA I saw said that the pressure probably irritated it even more and I really shouldn't have been flying...oops. She also said it looks like the sinus infection is almost gone, but the ear is really inflamed. It wasn't bothering me until she stuck the light thing in and moved it around to examine the ear now I know that it hurts! I'm off to my internship for the afternoon and when I get home I get to book a trip!

I did get antibiotics! We are going to wait and book in a couple of days once Patrick is sure he can have the time off. Plus today has turned into a slightly stressful day and I just don't have the energy to book. We had to make a second run to urgent care this afternoon. Patrick ran over his foot with the pallet jack. Luckily (or not?) he only broke his big toe, but that took some time out of my day...oy!
