Hello all-

We're tentatively planning on possibly skipping our relgious Christmas trip this year. We were intially interested in going in mid-January after the worst of the crowds and rates died off. We're pretty sure we're going to go to DL in May though, so we may skip WDW all together :guilty:

How are the crowds in mid-January? Is it one of those times that we can take an extended weekend (a Monday and Tuesday) and see and do what we want? More budget friendly this time of year than the peak holiday time, correct?

Thanks much!

Mid January is a great time to visit for low crowds and great touring.Yes will save you money if you visit mid January.Have a magical trip. :goodvibes  :wizard: :wave2:

We did the second week in Janurary this year and had a wonderful vacation. Crowds were low, value season in in and we lucked out with great weather in the high 70's.

Just avoid MLK weekend if you are wanting the least crowded situation.
