Well...you could always have a drink - they do have some very nice drinks and it is entertaining. Is anyone there now can tell me if they still have them. Just arriving and I'd hate to go all the way over there for nothing

Yesterday was the last day...
Ghosts have hitchhiked elsewhere. NO MORE MUGS!

Thanks for posting that! It confirmed our decision to buy 2 mugs from eBay and then not mess with it when we are there.

I did the same thing a few days ago. I'm doing my dining room in a Tiki theme, which is the reason I wanted it. I still want to stop a couple of times for drinks at TS, hopefully without extremely long waits. I think they should have had separate lines for those just wanting to drink / eat at TS.
They are sold out of them completely, or just sold out of the 200 per day they were giving out?
We were there the day of the Hurricane when curphew was lifted and headed over to the Poly bc we wanted to check out Teader Sams. It was about 2:30 and the line was already long. We jumped in line not even knowing they were not opening the grotto. They gave out wristbands one per person. You could get you drink but had to leave immediately. I am pretty sure most of the people in line were locals, at least most the people around us were. We got lucky that day and got our mugs (honestly I thought they were already sold out).
I was just disappointed I didn't get to spend time in the grotto bc we were going on a cruise the next day.
Yeah - there were people who has 10-12 of these on ebay - they seemed to sell them for around $100 each. Figure $70 profit per mug - and you can buy 2 at a time so not bad if your local and not wasting a park day. Many of the people around us in line were locals as well. This was the Sat following the hurricane.
I just so happened to peak my head out there again on Sun to see the line and a few of the same locals were there again.

If you want one I'd bid on it soon many are listed as buy it now for around $150 - they were around $100 a week or so ago for buy it now. people are starting top update the listings as Sold Out and the infamous RARE
You are probably right - one per person makes sense - I saw so many people saying they got 2 - but they were couples. We got ours, and, hmm, were only allowed one mug per person.
