Tracey, great job jogging, spinning and loving the way it makes you feel! A size 12? Oh my, that's been awhile for me and so I'll live it through you! I am super proud of you.

I am so sorry about your dad, that is very scary. He's in my prayers and be sure and keep us posted!
 
ONE YEAR TODAY I'LL BE HEADING ''HOME'' :cool1::banana:

The worrying thing is i havnt saved a penny since i booked :(

i have a hangover!!! its been a busy few days!

Thusday - went over to the on again off again neighbours house (who is currently off but may be on again soon!!! :confused3) & had 4 LARGE wines

Friday - went to see the ac/dc tribute band who i have seen at least 6 times before - to find out the rhythm guitarist & his girlfriend who ran their merchandise stand were killled in a car crash on wednesday :( the band decided after speaking to their families that they shoud still perform - so they put on a fantastic show but it was so sad - they cried at the end of it :(

Saturday - went to a bbq - the weather here has been plain aweful loads of rain so the bbq food ended up being grilled in the kitchen!!!!

sunday - neighbours baby was christened & they had a party afterwards - hence the hangover!

I BOUGHT A PUSH BIKE!! so did DH :)
half the street were laughing at me trying to remember how to ride it!!! but i'm getting their :)

WI was last friday - remember i was 11 stone 1 lb & was desperate to be under 11 stone....... wi -11 stone dead on!!! so STILL not under 11 st!! & after the weekend i've had not holding my breath for this friday!

Wow, one year to go, that will fly by! You still have plenty of time to save and you will, you are a Disney girl through and through!

You'l be under 11 stone very soon weekend or not, you have been working out so hard how can you not lose weight?

I'VE BOOKED UNIVERSALS RPR :) :cool1:

First time i've diy'ed, but it wasnt available when i booked wdw through ta, so now everything is booked - just gotta pay for it all :scared1:

my week so far -
monday - went spinning
tuesday - gym,taxied DD around!!
wednesday - goimg spinning & maybe for a jog if it stops raining!!! & driving DD to bowling with friends - me - not got a clue what to do with myself, trying to keep away from the shops!!!

DB & family are off to Australia on Friday - DN is taking part in the world transplant games their :thumbsup2

i didnt jog yesterday - rained :( did spinning though & a 15 min incline jog on TM - total cals burnt 980!! :cool1:

wednesday
b/fast - cereal 250 cals
lunch - prawn salad, lf yogurt 300 cals
snack - 2 slices of mediteranian bread with lf cheese spread - 250 cals
dinner - smll steak, salad & mini baked potatoes - 600 cals

total cals 1400

Thursday
b/fast - cereal - 250 cals
lunch - prawn salad, lf yogurt - 300 cals
snack - mini magnum ice cream - 150 cals
dinner - having chk, salad, baked potato - 500 cals
will proberbly have supper to increase cals
exercise - 700 cals at gym

the sun came out this morning :cool1: but now its raining :( managed to get a couple of hours in my garden, was hoping to go on a bike ride with DH this evening but it looks like the weather will spoil that again :headache:

didnt get the bike ride in - stupid rain :( bought these bikes a week ago & havnt been able to go for a proper ride on them yet!!!

Friday - wi day - i'm finally under 11stone :cool1::banana: 10 st 13 lb's now :)
6 more lb's to go to rach my original goal of 10 st 7 lb's!! but i think i'm aiming for 10 stone now ;)

I went on wii fit with DD & hadnt been on it for months it said i'd lost 1 stone 8 lb's since my last visit & i am no longer classed 'obese' & am just plain overweight now!!

managed a jog this morning when the rain finally stopped!
Tomorrow we are going to a big event at our local park - lots of tribute acts on & a very famous girl group (in the uk anyway!!) called the sugar babes are playing last off followed by a firework show, AND the weather is forcast as sunny :worship:

will list food later when i've ate some!! going to pizza hut for lunch (friends DS birthday) so hoping i'm gonna do ok!

a quick rundown of my weekend:
saturday:
b/fast - cereal
went to gym
grabbed some crispbreads & lf yogurt then went to festival at park - gorgeous weather had a great day saw michael jackson tribute, oasis, zu2 (u2 tribute) ruth lorenzo finalist on x-factor tv show & sugar babes (big girl group) followed by fireworks :)
i watched the fireworks thinking this time last year i was in wdw then i thought this time next year i WILL be in wdw :)
had some awful fries & bread roll at festival & 2 pints of cider

Sunday:
b/fast - cereal
gorgeous weather - spent the day in the garden :)
lunch - peppered mackeral, boiled potatoes & salad
the teacher i work with who is getting married this saturday came over for a bbq & a couple of other friends
i had 2 quorn burgers on 1 roll & a smll piece of carrot cake, 2 malibu's & diet cokes & 2 magners light.
went on my first bike ride with DH :) i'm a bit wobbly - gotta get my balance & confidence improved!! but we rode 2 miles :)

Monday
went for a jog, DH clocked my distance i'm doing 2.5 miles :cool1:
b/fast - cereal
lunch - sandwich with lf cheese/onion filler, lf yogurt
dinner - chk breast with peppers & goats cheese with orzo (like pasta)
went spinning :)
supper - 2 smll walffles with 1 tbl spoon of blueberry syrup, 4 mini crackers with lf cheese spread

Tuesday
went to gym
b/fast - cereal
lunch - potatoes & meatballs, strawberries
dinner.....not decided!
hoping to go on another bike ride tonight :)

off to sit back in the garden whilst the sun is shining :)
off to suffolk at the weekend for a wedding - remember the very expensive B&B i booked??? looking forward to some luxury ;)

Wow, a 2.5 mile jog is impressive. I'd be dead if I tried that! So glad you finally got to ride your new bike!

dinner was bbq as the weather was so nice :) had 2 quorn burgers on 1 bread roll, & chk drumstick, smll bowl of cinnamon waffle crunch ice cream :cloud9:

didnt feel too guilty as watched my portion size & went on a 4 mile bike ride afterwards with DH :)
did you know that 1 quorn burger has 75 cals & a ''normal'' one has 300 :scared1: (before the bread roll & extra's!)

Wednesday
didnt wake up till 10 am!!!
b/fast/brunch! - cereal
went for my 2.5 mile jog :)
lunch - took grandad out for his birthday - smll portion meal - scampi & fries & cherry pie & custard
went spinning - i almost threw up it was that intense - now i know how they feel on BL!!!!
dinner - handfull of walnuts as soon as i got through the door from spinning!!wholewheat pasta with tinned tomatos & tuna, lf choc mousse

Tomorrow eating out AGAIN - meeting some girls from work but i am so poor & dont get paid for another week & really really dont want to dip into savings AGAIN - so i may eat at home & just have a drink with them!

Had to take a load of clothes to mums who helped take them in for me :)
