had a bad food day yesterday - & i'd had a good exercise day so i was pretty gutted & annoyed with myself!
Saturday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - gfy chilli con carne
then it went down hill...
snack - cornish pastie, 1 pint of cider, 3 smll wines - yep went to pub to watch a football match!
dinner - WW pizza & oven fries
exercise - gym 800 cals - i felt so full of energy & strong today, how come some times its soooo hard & then its easy!!
Sunday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - wholemeal pasta with tuna & tomatoe
dinner - 2 bread rolls with LF chees, ham & LF mayo, LF yogurt
exercise -45 mins spinning, + few weights & 19 mins TM
I'm watching UK biggest loser - what a bunch of wingers & whimps - sooo different to US version, i'm also recording Australian BL too but not watching it till UK one done - gotta keep motivated
