Hope you have a great Saturday!

Congrats on the loss!! :yay: :woohoo:

This trip I brought back a bunch of Walker's crisps, in flavors we don't see here in the States. My favorite flavors are Prawn cocktail, Fish-n-Chips, Cajun Squirrel and Builder's Breakfast! Too funny!!!

You are doing awesome, I bet you can't wait to see 10st on the scale soon! :wizard:

Tracey,
Excellent news on the 1lb loss, that is just awesome!!:cool1:

It really takes all kinds, I mean what kind of mother/stepmother stands there and lets somebody else clean up her child? Makes you wonder sometimes.

Have a super weekend and congrats again!

lol - the last 3 are a ltd edition, i cant bring myself to try the cajun squirrel - i know its not squirrel but still - its the thought!!!!

Tracy - thanks for the mothers day wish - seems weird as ours was back in March!!! Nice i get to have it twice :)

Amy - hope your doing ok today

FOOD HAS BEEN TERRIBLE :(

Saturday

Exercise - 700 cals at gym
Food
b/fast - cereal
lunch - pizza & homemade fries (oven baked)
dinner - 5 crispbreads, lf yogurt

at this point i was at about 1200 cals BUT then we went out with friends for Gary's birthday drinks! I felt so lovely in my long maxi dress - 3 wines, 2 sailor jerries (spiced rum & delish!), 3 G&T's & a cider later we ended up going back to my old neighbours house (one of the couples who came out with us) & sat in their jaquzzi until
1am

THEN we ate pizza, chips & prawn crackers till 2.30am i'm sure i must have ate 1000 cals plus the alcohol :scared1:

Stayed over at their house & had sausage sandwiches for breakfast!!

After all the unhealthy food, lack of sleep (got up at 8am!) & alcohol i feel aweful!!!

dragging myself off to spinning in about 1/2 hr - i need to work HARD, gonna swim afterwards too
on the plus side - i went food shopping & bought loads of healthy food - couldnt face any rubbish! i HAVE to be completly good this week - no treats!

Sundays food
b/fast - sausage sandwich
lunch - prawn salad, strawberries
dinner - having tuna sandwich & yogurt

off to splash cold water on my face before spinning!!

Sometimes you just have to have one of those nights to make you realize how bad it makes you feel the next day and that you don't want to feel like that again! I'm sure you will sweat a lot of stuff out of your system at spinning! :wizard:

I tried the Cajun Squirrel. I'm not a fan...

Monday

exercise - 2 x 25 min walks to/from work

food
b/fast - cereal
snack - banana
lunch - prawn salad, lf yogurt, strawberries
dinner - lemon sole, boiled potatos, salad, lf choc mousse

My DB, DSIL & their DD have booked flights to WDW for when we are their :)
i'm cautiously happy about it......

Great job on exercise and food yesterday, Tracey!:cheer2:

That is so cool that you will have family at WDW with you!:thumbsup2

Have a great day ahead!

Hi Tracey, well it sounds like you had fun! I so want to party with you one of these days.;) You'll get that flushed out of your system, what's done is done. Just get back on track, you are doing great. One bad evening and day never permanently hurt anybody thank goodness!

Here's to a good week, I had my own bad weekend so I'm right with you getting back on track!

Why are you cautiously happy about your family coming with you? Are they not the best travel buddies???

Hope you are having a wonderful week! :goodvibes

hi wish buddies - i need chearing up today - my WDW trip had the shine slightly taken off it today (although i'm sure it will be back!)

I booked direct with a company called Virgin Holidays (didnt use a TA - same as last year) i booked from their preview brochure as they were offering 15% discount to frequent flyer memebers, but it didnt have the RPR in it so i just booked the 5 nts we want to stay there as an independent stay - the lovely lady who booked it all gave me her e-mail address & said if i wanted to add it when the main brochure came out she would do it...
Well the main brochure came out & was offering the 15 % and free dining for our 1st 7 nts at CSR.
so i tryed to e-mail the lady - e-mail doesnt work :(

called virgin - wont let me add the free dining to my exsisting booking unless i cancelled & so i 'd lose my £400 ($600) deposit :(.
been on the phone ages but they wouldnt give - so i decided to add the RPR while i was on (they said i could do that) I then get cut off :(
i call back & am told i need to sort it with another department that is an Indian call centre - that has a terrible reputation for messing up bookings so i thought now i'm so stressed i'm not doing it.

so after ages on the phone i'm no better off - no free dining & no RPR booked - i've posted on universal thread for the best number to book direct with RPR - anyone know it??

Its the 1st time i've booked & not felt i got the best possible deal :( :sad1:

wednesday i went back to Dr's about the cough - the inhayler seemed to clear it up so i thought she would say thats that then - but because the inhayler worked i need to go for a spirometry!!!!??? thats this wednesday but i need to see Dr for results & thats Thursday morning - so had to ask for more time off work - they're not impresssed!!

WI - Friday - i got sooooo excited as the scale showed a 3 lb loss BUT when i got off & on again (about 5 times) it showed i'd stayed the same - so the first wi must have been a gliche in the scale :(

Sending lots of :wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard: for your WDW vacation. I hope everything works out for you, Tracey!

I'm glad to hear that the inhaler worked for you. What is a spirometry? I don't think I have heard of that before.

I hope you have a great week ahead!

I'm sorry to hear about your trip, hopefully you will be able to get everything sorted out. :wizard:

I'm sure your work understands that you are taking this time off for your health! It's not like you are going shopping or to eat scones and clotted cream all afternoon! :goodvibes

I am also a repeat weigher. I never believe it the first time, so I always have to get on it at least once more! :rotfl:

Hopefully you've gotten the vacation worked out by now. That stinks that you are having to fight for the deals!

HOpefully the spirometry went well. Life is just a bit tougher when your breathing is off.

Have a wonderful rest of the week!
