Tracey's wedding weight loss attempt (comments welcome & needed!!)

had a bad food day yesterday - & i'd had a good exercise day so i was pretty gutted & annoyed with myself!

Saturday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - gfy chilli con carne
then it went down hill...
snack - cornish pastie, 1 pint of cider, 3 smll wines - yep went to pub to watch a football match!
dinner - WW pizza & oven fries

exercise - gym 800 cals - i felt so full of energy & strong today, how come some times its soooo hard & then its easy!!

Sunday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - wholemeal pasta with tuna & tomatoe
dinner - 2 bread rolls with LF chees, ham & LF mayo, LF yogurt

exercise -45 mins spinning, + few weights & 19 mins TM

I'm watching UK biggest loser - what a bunch of wingers & whimps - sooo different to US version, i'm also recording Australian BL too but not watching it till UK one done - gotta keep motivated ;)
 
Well, call me crazy, but I don't think your food was too bad! I can do way worse than that!

A one pound loss is a good loss, take it and be proud! You will not be 80 when you get to goal! :rotfl:

the cornish pastie had 350 cals alone & then the cider & wine on top & an unhealthy dinner didnt help!! oh well its done now!

Monday
b/fast - cereal - 250 cals
snack - banana, small choc bar (another birthday :scared:) 200 cals
lunch - chk salad, lf yogurt, strawberries - 500 cals
dinner - pork steak, salad, boiled potatoes, lf choc mousse - 600 cals
supper - 2 x crumpets with L filler - 200 cals

total cals - 1750 - bit high!!
exercise - 2 x 25 mins walks to/from work


at the moment i can get online at work (usually blocked) so it will be easyier to catch up :cool1:
They're showing ''I'm a celebrity get me out of here US'' - brilliant :)
just need latest BL & i'm well happy :)
off to get some work done!

dinner - wholemeal spag bol with quorn mince, slice of crusty hot bread - 700 (bread 200 cals!)

exercise - 650 cals at gym :)
 
Great job Tracey. You burned about half your daily calories at the gym, very impressive!

I love being able to think about where you want to eat on vacation. Planning is half the fun!

lunch - prawn salad, strawberries, lf yogurt - 400
snack - 4 crispbreads with lf filler, fruit juice - 250
dinner - large baked potato ith lf cheese & mini filler, chk fillets, salad -700

total cals -1700
exercise - gym & spinning - 900 cals burnt

spinning was a killer!!!!
 
Your exercise & eating are really impressive!! Some day I really have to try spinning!

got in to work early so just a quicky as we're heading off to the local church for a day trip :)
last post i said spinning was a killer - my legs didnt stop aching till sunday!!!

WI - no change - sigh - again....

food/exercise been good noticed cals have been nearer 1700, so gonna try for 1500 again & see if that makes a difference with weight loss, i was watching BL Australia & a woman was working out her daily cals & it was 1200:eek: her being much bigger than me & exercising a heck of a lot more - got me thinking!!

Monday
b/fast - cereal - 250
snack - banana - 100
lunch - prawn salad, lf yogurt, strawberries - 400
dinner - pasta bake, 1 piece of baguette - 700

total cals - 1500
exercise - walked to work

lunch - seeded lf cheese/ham roll, cheese sandwich, sausage roll, ww mini chedders, strawberries, lf yogurt - 850 cals :eek: darn leftover free packed lunches!!
dinner - boiled potatoes, salad, fish - 500 cals

total cals - 1600

exercise - 700 cals at gym :)

Today - off on an ice skating/swimming trip with school - not ice skating as i have no sense of balance!! but am going in the pool, just gotta resist those free school packed lunches!!

OMG what a day - 1 broken wrist & two near drownings!! :scared1:
plus the bus had a small accident on the way & when i got back to school i had to deal with a child projectile vommiting in the school hall!!

needless to say I was worn out but at least everyone was ok - it could have been soooo much worse - we wont be visiting that venue again!

I still dragged myself to spinning & it did help me unwind AND i resisted the free school lunch :)

dinner - baked potato, turkey in m/room sauce, mini corn cob - 700

total cals - 1700
exercise - 650 cals at gym

no gym now till Tuesday :scared1: as DH & i are going away for the weekend - hope that 1lb doesnt sneak back on!!!!

soo sooo soooooo sorry i've not been keeping up with everyone, life is just soooo hectic right now!

The weekend away was great, i even went for a jog along the beach with my DB (he & DSIL came with us) after a day/nights drinking!! AND i enjoyed it :)

didnt make the gym that weekend - obviously! but i got straight back this week.

My cat (Holly) has been ill so we've had a few trips to the vet, hopefully she's on the mend.....

food - great

WI tomorrow,

I'm off to Wembley stadium in London tomorrow with DB, cousin & DB's best mate - yep me & 3 men, we're going to see AC/DC in concert, i'm soooooo excited, we are staying over so back saturday (i have a room of my own, they have to share :))

next wednesday is my birthday, & i think we're out for a meal & then out with the girls next saturday.

The teacher i work with is getting married in August (remember the one i was so worried about - we have become really good friends!)
I have her hen night 25th July - camping - gulp - i'm not really the camping type!!
Then the wedding in suffolk in August (3 hr drive, her family is from their) so i've been trying to find somewhere to stay.

Still need to sort RPR out too.

Remember the spa hotel a few weeks back (my kind of trip ;))
