Maybe you could get in some random dancing while you are packing. That would be fun exercise.

Hiya Mike!!!! I will tell him. I don't want him to feel left out of the Disney magic...as for the feet cramping-it's only an insane amount of seconds (40, 50 etc.)! But all day can really take its toll. Thank you!!

Cindy-I could do that. I'm not allowed to pack until I'm 10 days out. I can start practice packing at 30 days. I can start practicing practice packing at 60 days. Uggh.

L: haven't been really hungry, but I did have strawberries (2 points) and a lemon yogurt. (2).

Water: 1/2 cup.

Exercise: Orientation day for the little kids. Lots of running around, but in total it was more like 5 minutes.

Okay, y'all. I have become addicted to dipping fruits!! I mean, first it was those Fruit and Walnut Salad, then I started dipping apples in vanilla yogurt, then it was apples and lemon yogurt. Most recently it was strawberries and lemon yogurt. Good but ADDICTING!

I got my locker assignment today...and the only reason is because of the cheerleaders. They were doing locker decorations. I looked at the list and realized I am out by myself in the boonies! None of my friends are nearby...I might have to check again though. I only checked the one side.

Off to exercise and drink water!! Ta ta! :grouphug:

Thanks for the good WISHes! They are appreciated. I don't know if locker combos are switchable, but we get our schedules the DAY before school starts.

Lunch: 1 peach with vanilla yogurt (3)

Exercise: Every time I go to the kitchen/bathroom, I stop at my room and do random dancing to a song. So far I've only done 2 minutes...but it's improving.

The peach was delicious!!! Home grown!!! Yummy nummy NUMMY!!!!!

Today's plan is to get lots of exercise in and eat right. Drinking lots of water is bonus points.

B: an egg with ham (2!!!! Shockers!!! Ham is 30 cals, egg is 70!!! Shockeroo.), a peach with vanilla yogurt (3).

I am MOT-I-VATED! today!!

Lunch was a major splurge...Buffets are NOT a reason to stuff my face!!!

Snack: 10 tortilla chips and salsa (3)

Lunch: 8 breadsticks (8), 2 small slices pizza (4)

15 minute walk to the library. Jess' older sister was in town and she gave me a ride. We talked a little bit...she misses everybody but she "likes the town okay". It hit home. I think I know why she hasn't called. I didn't call anybody at ALIVE because it would make me miss my family more. Maybe Jess is going through the same thing. I just wish I could talk to her...

1 flex point earned.

33.8 ounces of water plus 3 "glasses" at the restaurant.

Laundry still needs to be done.

Cindy-I did random dancing!!! I even made up a new version called Laundry Dancing!!! I did that for 7 minutes (4 extras were assorted exercise.). I dance with the laundry before it gets folded. FUN!!!

Breakfast: peach dipped in lemon yogurt, 2 slices toast (7)
Lunch at Captain D's: Broiled fish (1 large fish filleted-filayed?-in to three sections, 1/2 baked potato, green beans and a rather greasy breadstick). The fish I believe was 1.5...baked potato is 1 according to the Food Book and because I had it with a pat of butter, green beans are 3 (because they are seasoned and have ham...EXCELLENT!!), the breadstick was 3. Good! Better than my previous meal choices...which were chicken strips, french fries and cola!

Snack was chips and salsa (3 for 12 chips).

Water was 56 ounces.

I am REALLY half and half on school. I will miss DISin' during the day (only educational sites...and planning a Disney vacation is a learning experience, but I don't think that excuse will work.). But I will LOVE being with my friends most of the day...then again, I have WAY separate classes from them. I'm just confoozled. ;)

Kinda nervous about weigh in tomorrow...and how it'll impact my school career. School lunch prices are $1.90!!!! That's a huge price hike from the $1.30 it was nearly two years ago. Something tells me I'll be buying a lot of ala carte, making strategic decisions, or packing depending on how much time I have. Our school has salads, but they get boring! School food: pizza, pasta, frozen things, fried things, chips, pizza, pizza, pizza...did I mention pizza? Not the healthiest stuff. They do have water bottles, and a couple of yogurts...and baked potatoes.

I want people to notice my loss. I doubt they will. I prefer to "hide" in long tee shirts and jeans. I'm being honest...I like being "covered". It makes me feel kind of vulnerable. But this is the girl who doesn't wear white-ever-because she's going to stain it!

dinner was: 2 baked potatoes, 3 bites of barbecued spareribs (5)

I lost 2 pounds in WI and was able to claim a new clippie!!! I also am allowed to eat 20 points a day instead of the normal 22. I will divvy the day into 4 categories (5 if we're off school of 4 points each) of 5 points each

I even got to sleep in really late.

Breakfast: none-missed the boat!! Actually wasn't very hungry. Skipping it is NOT a good thing and will be the only time I do it.

Lunch: Baked potato and 2 mugs tomato soup (5). It's raining out.
