tickets with package

I purchased a package at RPR with tickets, we arrive Saturday...do I pick my tickets up at the hotel?

Did they not send you a code so that you pick the tickets up at the kiosk at the hotel or park? Check your stuff that you were sent.

sometimes the park tickets in a package will be given to you by the TM when you check in.
have been behind others that have been issues their park tickets due to the package they booked.

all that info will be sent to you in your package.

We got an email containing E documents we're supposed to print out and take with us. It says on there to go to a ticket kiosk, swipe a card with the lead name on the reservation for identification purposes, and type in the reservation number and print the tickets. Check your different email folders.

. You need to swipe the same credit card you used to book the package, for id purposes only.

Yes, I don't believe anything is physically sent. It is all done by email.

When I called the front desk at PBH they told us there's a ticket kiosk in the lobby where we can print out our tickets. We also bought a package with room and tickets. They also said what others have posted that you'll need to swipe the credit card that was used to book the package.

I used three different Credit Cards to pay for my package - Do I just use any of them? Also the last one I used was a debit card that due to a security breach has been changed. Will any card work?

I would try the one you used for the deposit. If it doesn't work, try the other one. If that still doesn't work, go to Guest Services with your photo ID.
