First trip in 9 years - looking for food recs

Hi all! I'll be doing my first solo trip at the end of October/beginning of November. (Also my first trip since my mom passed away) I booked the dining plan and ended up looking at the menus of several places. I noticed there were a lot of new restaurants or changes to the menus. I was wanting to see what restaurants people still recommend now. I noticed the menu change at be our guest. I had always loved their truffle fries with the truffle aoli. Do they still have the same fries?

Most recent trip was a quick stay in 2024, and our favorite was still Sanaa at AKL.
