It's now 6:35AM Eastern and the Disneyworld.com ticket page is back up.

Hmmmmmmmm.

The disney site us up for tickets now. Looks like there's a new hopper option to add water park visits for same number of ticket days. Not sure if it's a flat rate or not, for my 6 day ph it was $15/ person. Not a bad option, makes water parks seem a lot more affordable imo...

The site has been up since 5 am central. I am still waiting for someone to comment what they find. Unfortunately I am not a ticket expert and this whole process confuses me so I do not feel I am "experienced" enough to comment. What does everybody think?

Just happened to capture that exact page-

At the top of my capture, see that guests "Save $20... purchase online."

Note the bottom disclaimer of the page:
"Tickets and any options purchased must be used within 14 days of first use.
The first day of use must be on or before December 31, 2018."

So, these tickets do have that pesky, much-discussed "expiration date."

Also, in order to be able to buy the Water Parks add-on option as part of your tickets...
guests must also buy the Park Hopper option.

The WP option is then just $15 flat rate, for all multi-day tickets.

Number of WP visits match the number of "days" on the ticket.

Also included are other "Fun" option entries along with Water Parks.
These are the same ones that have been a part of the former "WPF&M" option for the last few years.

Did the park hopper option used to be $50? So it increased to $75 apparently? I'm glad i bought yesterday, saved about $130 (I think) if i compare buying the tix from disney direct. My math may be a little fuzzy though as I'm doing mental math from memory at 5 am :confused3:goodvibes

If this is true, good thing i bought two of the three tickets i need for a june trip. I probably should have bought all three :/ How many tickets did you buy when you calculated that you think you saved $130.00?

Thanks Robo. Does Disney still show tickets without tax?

Yesterday's 6 day MYW PH was $424 I believe...so with the $20 discount it's still a $40 increase!?!

They do what they did before:

It shows the base prices on the upper part of the page,
but they DO add the tax in at the bottom of the page with the final figure.

Here's a random grab of the bottom of the ticket page:

I helped a friend by tickets last night - the AP price is $30 higher today and the 6Day PH is $40 more..they saved $110 on the three tickets! That's a lot of Mickey bars!

I bought 1 adult and 2 childrens 4+3 day free ph tix from uct. Really i only need 6 day hoppers but the 4+3 was cheaper. So i'm really not comparing apples to apples but wanted to get an idea of my "savings" by buying now instead of waiting for our sept/oct trip.

I bought two adult tickets 4 + 3 last night too from undercover tourist also. Sounds like it did end up a great deal!

Fairly large increase in price on the multi-day passes. Last night it was $2000 CDN for me to buy 4 six day basic passes at regular price (factoring in exchange), today it's $2200. So that's roughly a $33 US increase per ticket (before tax). So long Disney, so long.

First, I don't like any price increase either,
but using your numbers, a $33 increase on a 6-day ticket is $5.50 per day.

Again, I don't like increases, but $5.50 a day is less than a couple of bottles of water per day to drink at WDW.

Yup, and that's easy for you to say isn't it? That $5.50 per day, multiplied by 6 days, by four people, with tax added onto it and then Canadian exchange, becomes a $200 difference. When your trip is budgeted down the penny, that's a big deal. Also, when you do the math and realize that it's roughly a 10% increase, that also puts it a bit into perspective. A 10% increase, is a big increase.

I have a package booked for May. This morning when I went to add on the PH option, it shows the same price it has been showing me the entire time which is 220.47 for 3 adult tickets, $73.49/ticket. It is also still letting me have the option of adding WP without the PH. May be because the package is already booked.
